I was in need of a reliable Structural Steel Company, was not having much look finding an Owner Operator Company In my experience & opinion I always have had better results when dealing with the owners who had a vested interest in taking care of the customer and dealing with any concerns that always come up, when building a custom home. Rather than trying to hire a larger Corp company & just dealing with their sales rep who has little field experience & is trying to fill his quota. Then go missing when you need help during the project. This is why I prefer to deal directly with the owners and decision makers. After talking to a few companies, I ended up getting referred to Ivan Paz owner of Force Steel After meeting with Ivan in person and his foreman Fernando I quickly realized he had the work experience & knowledge I was looking for in building my home. Overall Ivan reviewed the plans, provided a fare cost to do the complete job & delivered the product within the time frame required by my GC. As some architectural design challenges arose during the project, Ivan used his initiative & came up with solid solutions, saved me a lot of time and money. Because of some very challenging requirements needed within the design of my home. One example, we had a large spiral stairs. Once Ivan fabricated the stairs in his facility, then he transported it to our home & had his crane waiting to lift it 120 ft over the house towards the back of our home. Without any one getting hurt or damaging the structure, thank God. I would highly recommend Ivan and his team for any Structural Steel and Related products, you may have on your project. Nowadays, Its very difficult to find honest, competent contractor & I wanted to share my experiences with others when looking to find & hire good subs.
