He genuinely cares about both the work he does and the people he serves. Joel took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in plain language, never rushing the conversation or trying to upsell unnecessary work. His depth of knowledge is impressive. He was efficient without cutting corners, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines honesty, expertise, and pride in their craft as seamlessly as Joel does. If you want your vehicle in the hands of someone who treats it as if it were their own, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future maintenance and repairs.
