Appointment right on time. Five minute wait. Usual questions before seeing doctor. Dr. Listened and seemed attentive to my condition and questions. He explained what he though could be issues. Only negative is the 3-week period of time before completing tests he recommend. While I feel certain I am not an emergency I am certainly uncomfortable. Seems diagnosis could be a little faster. Overall “B+”.

Dr English was very helpful and rescheduled my procedure on the same day as originally expected- the scheduler had not put the correct information in appointment so there wasn't enough time. Dr. English fixed the problem by rearranging the schedule that day and the procedure went very well

Not Impressed- The moment I walked in I could hear the office staff talking and having private conversations (the way the office is designed I could hear it all). While the PA was very nice and walked me through a procedure I needed I left having no idea what I was going to pay for an ultrasound. I was told to contact my insurance for an exact amount. When I called to inquire more about the lack of information on my costs, the office staff didn't know for sure what ultrasound I needed. What a mess! The office staff didn't make any effort to resolve the issue. When I called billing (two days in a row) no answer. Not helpful and honestly unacceptable for a healthcare office.

Dr Franz was very professional and Compassionate while doing my procedure. He explained everything to me of what to expect. Great experience.

This was the first time I had met Dr. English and when he walked in & introduced himself , he asked me how my vacation was which meant he was familiar with my previous visit & had read it thoroughly. He explained, in detail, the procedure I may or may not need & did not force the issue. Instead he advised me to do some other things that might help & return in 3 months to see if I had made a decision one way or another. He was cordial, knowledgeable and informative. Very pleased & would definitely see him again.

Dr. English was excellent in both his clinical assessments and surgical skills regarding my brother’s circulatory issues in his leg. He was clear, concise, and confident in his explanation of the performed procedure and its expected outcome, which served to give us the same hope of healing. 👍🏿

Did the initial assessment at some expense- told to come back in winter because procedure needed to be done when I was not in the sun. Called back in winter but because I waited 8 months not 6 months - I have to start the whole process over. This place seems sketchy- will find better organization.

The office staff and PA who did my sclerotherapy did a great job. However, the billing process which should have been easy because I was self pay. I read my preop instructions which included paying a week before my procedure which I did ! I got a bill in August and spoke to Teresa in accounting. Today , I get another bill today so now more phone calls and still confused as to why it has not been posted and including my $40 consultation fee in May. Also, I canceled my follow up appointment because I did not want a hassle with more fees. Very disappointed because the medical part was less painful than dealing with accounting.

Check in was fast, easy. The PA that prepped me prior to the procedure was excellent. Dr Hislop and his PA, Victoria explained everything and the entire procedure went very well.

Excellent experience. Made to feel calm and positive in all areas. Dr. Keefer did an excellent procedure. Highly recommended.
