First visit with this practice. We could not have found a better place. From the front to the back, we were treated with professionalism and as if we were lifetime patients. Dr. Adam Keefer was amazing. He sat down and explained everything about our upcoming procedures. Could not have found such a excellent doctor. We know we are in good hands with him. Coastal Vein at Somerville facility is brand spanking new and staff is friendly. I have a history with Dr Adam Keefer as he is excellent and I am willing to drive the distance (2 hrs) wherever he resides. His thorough assessment and clear procedure plans included treatment for me with insurance coverage while closer to my home. (I’m willing to drive out of state for good medical care.). In this day and age where customer service typically sucks, and you have to fight to self advocate, it’s refreshing to deal with an extremely bright and practical physician, as well as someone who is obviously top in his field as he trains others. I will always seek out his services; if not, I would specifically ask for his recommendations. Finally, at my visit today, I arrived a little early, submitted my ins info and was immediately seen with little to no wait. A rarity indeed!
