Great staff, Dr English’s nurse is just the sweetest, then there’s the Doctor. From the moment I met him I knew he was the surgeon for me. He’s very experienced and full of all the confidence you want in a surgeon. He took great care of me and when I get the follow up ultrasound to show my cleared veins and stents, I hope to never see him again. Hahahaha!! I love him ❤️

Had a great visit with practice. They were very helpful from the beginning to the end. Everyone gave me their complete attention throughout my procedure. Dr. Keefer was very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Would highly recommend this practice and the whole team from front to back.

Everyone I have encountered at this practice has been fantastic. The staff and providers both treated me like I was an old friend and not just a name on a page. Having managed a Cardiovascular office I know how important it is for patients who are already nervous to feel seen and heard...as well as comfortable and at ease. Coastal Vascular provides all of this and more.

The staff were wonderful. As a new patient of Dr. Franz i feel confident that I am in good hands. He listened well and cared about my vein issue. Got a sonogram scheduled quickly (in 2 weeks) and will find out what's going on soon.

From the minute, you walk in the staff was very professional very nice very welcoming. The doctor was awesome. He answered all my questions. I would recommend that office to anyone if I can give them more than a five star I would.

Dr English is exceptional at diagnosing the problem. Furthermore he had proper manners with expertise in his field. I would have given five stars but the white lady at the front desk reception was not real professional.

My visit at coastal vascular was very good and blessed day for me and my son. Everyone was so kind and genuine to us from the time we walked in to the time we left. To receptionist, nurses, lab technician and the Dr I thank each one for their services.

i’ve been very pleased with Dr Franz have had 2 veins closure procedures so far and 2 more. the staff are very friendly and nurses are wonderful. and i love the new location closer for me!!

I went there because I was having swelling of my ankles and some leg cramping. Well after 4 procedures I’m having worse cramping and the swelling is no better . So what I did get out of the visit was dr. Franks Didn’t take the time to read over the results prior to seeing me. He sat in the room with me skimming through the first couple procedures. Then had to leave the room to get the results of the last procedure. Came back in and told me he felt every thing done there was perfect and it had to be that it was my electrolytes that were messed up and I needed to see my primary care dr. Who needed to send me to see if my back was causing the problem. I don’t know why we get blood tests and have this large data base that dr Franks could have looked through but chose to push me off to another dr. Just saying , I felt like all he wanted was for me to hit the road come back for another wasted visit . As you can tell I am not a happy camper. Bobg

Dr. English was very soft spoken and extremely nice. I felt like he would take good care of me. He built a lot of trust.
