This place has really been good to me! Always thorough and polite! Plenty of knowledgeable folks! I really want to point out Dr. Keeper! His bedside manor and friendliness put me at ease during my procedure I had done!! He was very soft spoken and courteous not only with me, but I could here him being the same with other patients. Thank Coastal Vascular!

Dr Keefer is a very good Dr. He is very compassionate for his patients and also very knowledgeable with what he does. I had a Vein Eblassion done yesterday and he made sure to tell me every time he had to poke me with the needle. And every time I expressed any pain, he was very sympathetic to me. And got it done quickly to. Also explained what was happening as he went to. I really liked that

Dr Keefer and staff are very efficient and thorough. They are on time and informative to make sure you know what to expect during the procedure and afterwards. I look forward to seeing them for my next procedures. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The staff were wonderful. As a new patient of Dr. Franz i feel confident that I am in good hands. He listened well and cared about my vein issue. Got a sonogram scheduled quickly (in 2 weeks) and will find out what's going on soon.

Everyone I have encountered at this practice has been fantastic. The staff and providers both treated me like I was an old friend and not just a name on a page. Having managed a Cardiovascular office I know how important it is for patients who are already nervous to feel seen and heard...as well as comfortable and at ease. Coastal Vascular provides all of this and more.

The first time I called to reschedule my appointment. The said they would have someone contact me about doing so. 2 months went by then I get a text. I then scheduled my appointment, unfortunately again I need to reschedule. This time I went in to do so. They said they would have someone contact me shortly. I waited 4 hours and called. They still said someone will contact me. It’s been 2 weeks, still haven’t heard anything. The doctors I heard are good. The office staff are far from good.

Friendly, professional, on time & Dr. Hochberg seemed genuinely interested in my goals & insurance denial frustration. Feel like I’m in good hands. Excellent visit.

The doctors seem to be very good but their staff is the worst. Good luck at trying to get ahold of them on the phone. Leave a message? Good luck at having it returned. I'm searching for a new vascular doctor due to their poor staff. Good docs; horrible support.
