Dr Keefer is a very good Dr. He is very compassionate for his patients and also very knowledgeable with what he does. I had a Vein Eblassion done yesterday and he made sure to tell me every time he had to poke me with the needle. And every time I expressed any pain, he was very sympathetic to me. And got it done quickly to. Also explained what was happening as he went to. I really liked that

The first time I called to reschedule my appointment. The said they would have someone contact me about doing so. 2 months went by then I get a text. I then scheduled my appointment, unfortunately again I need to reschedule. This time I went in to do so. They said they would have someone contact me shortly. I waited 4 hours and called. They still said someone will contact me. It’s been 2 weeks, still haven’t heard anything. The doctors I heard are good. The office staff are far from good.

Great staff, Dr English’s nurse is just the sweetest, then there’s the Doctor. From the moment I met him I knew he was the surgeon for me. He’s very experienced and full of all the confidence you want in a surgeon. He took great care of me and when I get the follow up ultrasound to show my cleared veins and stents, I hope to never see him again. Hahahaha!! I love him ❤️

Had a great visit with practice. They were very helpful from the beginning to the end. Everyone gave me their complete attention throughout my procedure. Dr. Keefer was very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Would highly recommend this practice and the whole team from front to back.

The staff were wonderful. As a new patient of Dr. Franz i feel confident that I am in good hands. He listened well and cared about my vein issue. Got a sonogram scheduled quickly (in 2 weeks) and will find out what's going on soon.

From the minute, you walk in the staff was very professional very nice very welcoming. The doctor was awesome. He answered all my questions. I would recommend that office to anyone if I can give them more than a five star I would.

Went for a consult for spider and vericose veins. The PA I saw was super nice and friendly. He told me pricing and I said I wanted to do the procedure. He said someone should call me to schedule the appointment for that. 3 weeks passed and I heard nothing from NO ONE! So I called them and spoke with a girl who said she will have one of the PAs assistants reach out to me to schedule in a day or two. Another week passed and nothing. It has now been over a month and still NO ONE has called me!! This is ridiculous!! How does it take over a month for someone to call you? Horrible communication with your patients. I will change review is someone finally calls me to schedule!!! Update: Finally waa contacted due to the bad review and got an appointment made. Went for scalaro therapy and OMG it is the most painful thing I have experianced! No numbing cream, just induring needles as much as you can and if you have to stop you are out of $500. The pain waa to much for me to finish and I had to stop. I cried all the way home! I felt like I went through torture! There has to be a better way to do scalaro without ao much pain!!

Everyone I have encountered at this practice has been fantastic. The staff and providers both treated me like I was an old friend and not just a name on a page. Having managed a Cardiovascular office I know how important it is for patients who are already nervous to feel seen and heard...as well as comfortable and at ease. Coastal Vascular provides all of this and more.

The doctor was very professional and all my questions and I left their feeling very happy with him. I would recommend him to any of my family.
