Great staff, Dr English’s nurse is just the sweetest, then there’s the Doctor. From the moment I met him I knew he was the surgeon for me. He’s very experienced and full of all the confidence you want in a surgeon. He took great care of me and when I get the follow up ultrasound to show my cleared veins and stents, I hope to never see him again. Hahahaha!! I love him ❤️

Had a great visit with practice. They were very helpful from the beginning to the end. Everyone gave me their complete attention throughout my procedure. Dr. Keefer was very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Would highly recommend this practice and the whole team from front to back.

Great staff with a great balance of pleasant and professional. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Through all of my ultrasounds, procedures, check-ups and follow-ups, the experience has been what I would want as a patient and want to see for others. Thankful I chose this location for my care and that they take my insurance. 😁

Everyone I have encountered at this practice has been fantastic. The staff and providers both treated me like I was an old friend and not just a name on a page. Having managed a Cardiovascular office I know how important it is for patients who are already nervous to feel seen and heard...as well as comfortable and at ease. Coastal Vascular provides all of this and more.

The staff were wonderful. As a new patient of Dr. Franz i feel confident that I am in good hands. He listened well and cared about my vein issue. Got a sonogram scheduled quickly (in 2 weeks) and will find out what's going on soon.

My visit at coastal vascular was very good and blessed day for me and my son. Everyone was so kind and genuine to us from the time we walked in to the time we left. To receptionist, nurses, lab technician and the Dr I thank each one for their services.

First visit with this practice. We could not have found a better place. From the front to the back, we were treated with professionalism and as if we were lifetime patients. Dr. Adam Keefer was amazing. He sat down and explained everything about our upcoming procedures. Could not have found such a excellent doctor. We know we are in good hands with him. Dr English is exceptional at diagnosing the problem. Furthermore he had proper manners with expertise in his field. I would have given five stars but the white lady at the front desk reception was not real professional.

Coastal Vein at Somerville facility is brand spanking new and staff is friendly. I have a history with Dr Adam Keefer as he is excellent and I am willing to drive the distance (2 hrs) wherever he resides. His thorough assessment and clear procedure plans included treatment for me with insurance coverage while closer to my home. (I’m willing to drive out of state for good medical care.). In this day and age where customer service typically sucks, and you have to fight to self advocate, it’s refreshing to deal with an extremely bright and practical physician, as well as someone who is obviously top in his field as he trains others. I will always seek out his services; if not, I would specifically ask for his recommendations. Finally, at my visit today, I arrived a little early, submitted my ins info and was immediately seen with little to no wait. A rarity indeed!

Went for a consult for spider and vericose veins. The PA I saw was super nice and friendly. He told me pricing and I said I wanted to do the procedure. He said someone should call me to schedule the appointment for that. 3 weeks passed and I heard nothing from NO ONE! So I called them and spoke with a girl who said she will have one of the PAs assistants reach out to me to schedule in a day or two. Another week passed and nothing. It has now been over a month and still NO ONE has called me!! This is ridiculous!! How does it take over a month for someone to call you? Horrible communication with your patients. I will change review is someone finally calls me to schedule!!!
