A Summa Cum Laude graduate from Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Keefer's journey continued at the University of Rochester Medical School, where he honed his skills through a comprehensive General Surgery Residency and Vascular Surgery Fellowship. Board certified in Vascular Surgery and certified to read diagnostic vascular studies, Dr. Keefer is committed to advancing his field.
