Coastal Shine & Restore really came through for my family when we were on a time crunch to get our floors cleaned and grout sealed prior to moving into our new home. They spent hours making our floors look perfect. They also cleaned our sectional and made it look brand new. They are exceptional at what they do and they show up when they say they will.

We hired Coast Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets at our old rental in Wesley Chapel after we moved out. Overall, the job got done and the carpets looked great, but there were a few bumps along the way. Because we had already moved out, the water was shut off at the house. I wasn’t told ahead of time that they’d need water access to complete the cleaning. Thankfully, they were able to use our neighbor’s water with permission. After the first cleaning, some stains resurfaced, and they came back a few days later at no extra charge, which we appreciated. However, the water was still off (the owners hadn’t turned it back on), and again they used the neighbor’s water. Afterward, they complained to us about having to offer the neighbor a free cleaning in exchange for using their water. That felt a bit unfair to us, since they hadn’t informed us we needed the water on for the initial visit, and they could’ve rescheduled the second. Still, they were responsive and got the job done, which we appreciate.

I recently hired Coastal Carpet Systems for grout cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They tackled even the toughest stains and left my grout looking brand new. The attention to detail was impressive, and they took the time to explain the process and care tips. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-notch grout cleaning services.

We hired Coastal to come and clean our floors after flooding from Hurricane Idalia. We went through clean up, water remediation, drywall repair, and paint before having Coastal come out and clean. We thought their quote was expensive for 1 day of cleaning (nearly 2k for a 1700 sq ft house that was nearly empty) but decided it would be worth it to have a great deep clean after all the work that had been done. On the day of communication was excellent, we were sent videos of the cleaning “process” and felt satisfied with the work at the time. When we reviewed the work in person, we realized that they had cleaned and sealed our floors with paint and crud still on the floors (grout, tile, corners too). When I reached out about this, the response was, “we can send someone back out, but we thought it was only steam cleaning of tile and grout and we had to broom out drywall dust”. All the pics I sent for a quote were pre drywall install (since work was active in the house prior to their service), but I was very clear that they would be completing a deep flooring clean once our repairs and paint were done. Why would I spend nearly 2k just to have the floors “mopped” if I could do that myself?!? I wanted a professional service level of cleaning tile and grout and this is what I should have gotten. Yes, it’s been “cleaned”, but as with everything the big difference is in the detail of work. If part of the steam cleaning of floors isn’t to scrape off anything on the tile and in the grout that shouldn’t be there, then I guess I don’t understand cleaning and just got had for nearly 2k worth of work. At the time of service, Coastal didn’t mention that scrapping off any paint left on the floor wasn’t part of the service (which they could have said was needed and we could have paid for) and instead they just sealed it all into the floor rather than bring this to our attention as something our service for the day didn’t include. Coastal missed the mark on getting my future business, BEWARE if you are looking for tile cleaning, as while their reviews for carpets look excellent, tile cleaning and attention to detail and quality of work is subpar.

I hired these clowns and they made my cushions etc dirtier than before they started. I have no idea what they did or what happened but they refused to fix it or reimburse me. They just packed their stuff up and left my house with no apologies or anything just a few obsinities. This guy was so rude and unprofessional. When I called they just kept hanging up up on me then blocked me. I can't even believe they are in business. I suggest you stay away from this "business". Horrible people to the core.

Our couch was trashed! 2 young boys and a puppy really did a number on it! They came out in short notice and made it look and SMELL like new! They did such a good job that we called them again when my youngest son threw up on the cough the next day! Great service, great pricing. Couldn’t be happier!
