Coastal Shine & Restore

Coastal Shine & Restore really came through for my family when we were on a time crunch to get our floors cleaned and grout sealed prior to moving into our new home. They spent hours making our floors look perfect. They also cleaned our sectional and made it look brand new. They are exceptional at what they do and they show up when they say they will.

We hired Coast Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets at our old rental in Wesley Chapel after we moved out. Overall, the job got done and the carpets looked great, but there were a few bumps along the way. Because we had already moved out, the water was shut off at the house. I wasn’t told ahead of time that they’d need water access to complete the cleaning. Thankfully, they were able to use our neighbor’s water with permission. After the first cleaning, some stains resurfaced, and they came back a few days later at no extra charge, which we appreciated. However, the water was still off (the owners hadn’t turned it back on), and again they used the neighbor’s water. Afterward, they complained to us about having to offer the neighbor a free cleaning in exchange for using their water. That felt a bit unfair to us, since they hadn’t informed us we needed the water on for the initial visit, and they could’ve rescheduled the second. Still, they were responsive and got the job done, which we appreciate.
