Awesome experience and highly recommend. I took a trip down to PCB just to talk about properties, initially. Then Matt took time out of his day to actually show me some properties, although that wasn't part of the initial plan. I also had a list of properties that I was interested in (which he didn't even know about), and unbeknownst to me, he had already requested the access codes to those condos! (CRAZY!).
