Called for my husband needing wax build up removed. Fantastic customer service, was able to accommodate same day. The audiologist was outstanding, very in tune to my husbands issues. Spent nearly an hour with him . Would highly recommend this business.

All the staff at Costal Hearing Care are very professional & friendly. They make you feel at ease by informing you about the testing process. Dr Danielle was very honest about my test results & my options to better my hearing. I would highly recommend them to my family & friends.

Dr Kristen and her staff provided my husband with excellent audiology testing and hearing aide fitting. Dr. Kristen provided the education that he needed to take full advantage of the hearing aides he selected and it has been life changing for him. I also had my hearing checked not long ago and feel like we are both in such good hands for our hearing care. Highly recommend!

I was new to the area and had a problem with one of hearing aids not working. My audiology team back in Richmond had recommended Coastal to me so I went there Their receptionist was so helpful and said their audiologist would look at it when she got back to the office. She did, fixed it under warranty and called me the next day to pick it up. Great service.

Danielle was very good, appointment on time, serviced hearing aids and adjusted. Also, she went over problems that I was having with my “connect clip” and it is working great, so Ileft a happy customer.

I made an appointment specifically to pick up new batteries for my hearing aids. I arrived on time, and waited 20 minutes, only to be told that they did not have the promised batteries. The only option they could provide was to make another appointment.
