I reached out to Coastal Green Carpet Clean with a last minute request, and Zack was able to accommodate me the same day. He arrived around 4 p.m. and worked through the evening, finishing the job around 7 p.m. The property has about 2,000 square feet of carpet that had been neglected for a long time, with many stains and a strong odor. Zack came fully prepared with professional equipment and high quality cleaning products. You can tell right away that he really knows his trade. The results were incredible. The carpets look refreshed, clean, and almost new again. After seeing the final outcome, it is clear why this company has such an outstanding rating on Google. He truly earned it. Zack was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. I am glad I found him, and I wish him continued success. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with Coastal Green and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were able to book us quickly, and the value for what we received was incredible. We purchased several secondhand pieces, including Restoration Hardware leather couches and a white wool rug that I honestly thought might never come back to life. After their cleaning, everything looks brand new. The rug looks like the stains never existed, and the couches look as if they were custom designed specifically for our home. What truly set this experience apart was Zac’s honesty and professionalism. Midway through cleaning the couches, he stopped and showed me areas of discoloration that were due to natural wear rather than dirt. He explained that going deeper could compromise the original protective coating on the leather and wanted to be sure we understood the trade-off before continuing. He even offered to stop if we preferred, since his priority was making sure we were satisfied with the results. That level of transparency is rare and speaks volumes about his integrity. Fantastic! Isaiah came over and did an incredible job steam cleaning our outdoor furniture in our indoor couch. He was so kind and communicative throughout the entire process. Will definitely be using again!

We had our large white sectional couch steam cleaned yesterday and are extremely happy with how it came out. We used to use a different company and felt the couch didn’t look as good as it could. I’m happy we came here instead because it looks almost brand new, which is incredible considering we a have a dog! Isiah was very nice, thorough and efficient. We will definitely use them again.

Had a water leak in one of my apartments, came on with only two hours notice and did a great job cleaning up. Also, cleaned the high traffic areas at no extra charge.

Such a pleasure to have a professional work on things you care about in your home. Service was exceptional. The Cleaning Products were not overwhelming with fragrance, even the areas where stains needed extra work; time was spent on them graciously. I was able to send pictures of the furniture that needed to be cleaned. We had an L-Shaped IKEA fabric sofa, 4 upholstered dining chairs and one living room arm chair done. Pricing was clear in advance, invoice ready at end of services with an option for a service tip, which was deserved.
