Coastal Construction LLC

Coastal Construction recently completed the construction of our detached ADU which is a carriage house design consisting of a ground floor garage/shop and a second floor living unit. We feel very fortunate to have worked with the team at Coastal, Danny and Jordyn in the setup and planning phase, and Kipp and Mark during construction. We appreciated the high level of communication and their attention to details, both large and small. It was easy to use their construction software app where the client can track expenditures, progress, and photos. Our project was finished on time, and under budget which was very nice. We certainly would recommend Coastal based on our experience.

Mark, Danny and their team renovated our 100 year old Seattle home and did an amazing job! The quality of their work was and is amazing, and they really cared about getting the details right. They have a great network of sub-contractors which helped prevent delays from waiting on labor. They also did an amazing job working hard to get us back into our house on a tight deadline with a new baby coming. Highly recommend them and would definitely work with them on future construction projects.
