Coastal Construction recently completed the construction of our detached ADU which is a carriage house design consisting of a ground floor garage/shop and a second floor living unit. We feel very fortunate to have worked with the team at Coastal, Danny and Jordyn in the setup and planning phase, and Kipp and Mark during construction. We appreciated the high level of communication and their attention to details, both large and small. It was easy to use their construction software app where the client can track expenditures, progress, and photos. Our project was finished on time, and under budget which was very nice. We certainly would recommend Coastal based on our experience.

The Coastal team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them as a contractor. This was very helpful to stay up to date with how everything was going. One of the standout features of the Coastal team was their exceptional problem-solving skills. Whenever a challenge arose they were quick to reach out and always had a variety of solutions ready. Working with an older home often involves unexpected challenges, but the Coastal team demonstrated remarkable adaptability and expertise in handling any unforeseen circumstances that came our way. We will undoubtedly use the Coastal team for any future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled contractor, for any project big or small.
