Finally, their pricing is very competitive - and that's very important. They're known for their friendliness, for their quality carpet care and their consistency. I'll go with that!

Terry was my technician and he was amazing!! He reassured me that all the stains and odor would be gone by this one treatment. I was highly satisfied. There was no stains or odor once he got finished. I’ve used 3 other companies and they were all unsuccessful. I would highly recommend this company if you are needing your carpets done!

If they also have mastery In their area of Expertise, and a willingness to learn and grow, you have been given a gift to have that person join your company. Here’s what I’ll say about my experience…your technician, Gabrielle went out of his way with the mobile machine to get the job done. The height restrictions in the parking garage prevented him from being able to drive up to the fifth floor and run the hoses from there into my apartment. So, he had to park a considerable distance from the apartment building and walk quite a ways In the heat wave we’ve been experiencing with the mobile unit, and all of the ancillary items needed to do the job. He finally found his way to my apartment, which is amazing in and of itself , because this apartment complex is a labyrinth of hallways that all look the same… On top of the extra effort he put in to make it happen, he was a pleasure to meet and talk to during the appointment. I was telling him what a pleasant experience. I had scheduling the appointment with Shelly, and he mentioned how much he appreciated the opportunity to work with Coastal Carpet Care. As an employer myself, I can say with confidence that you have an exceptional employee in Gabrielle. I would have complete trust in him to do the right thing every time when no one‘s looking. This is very important as a homeowner to be able to trust someone to be in your home without feeling the need to follow them around to make sure they don’t do something wrong or maybe even steal something. Frankly, you could’ve charged more, and I would’ve paid it because I felt it was worth it. I always tell people the most expensive way to do any home improvement project, or any project at all, is to have to do it twice. It’s worth it to pay more upfront to have it done right the first time. I will also say as a person who owns multiple companies that have been built from the ground up with no venture capital, I was very impressed with the amount of reviews you had and the high rating you had in an industry that is not easy to maintain a high rating. I was also impressed with the systems and processes you have in place to ensure a fantastic customer experience from beginning to end. It’s not easy to put all of these things into place and to implement them on a consistent ongoing basis. Great family owned company! Their crew washed my outdoor garbage cans and got every speck of grime and gross out. Will hire again soon to do all my indoor rugs.
