I really appreciated that I had the same person (Matthew, I believe) who provided excellent service on his previous visits to my home , and he offered me some helpful tips addressing a slight curl issue I was experiencing. Finally, their pricing is very competitive - and that's very important. They're known for their friendliness, for their quality carpet care and their consistency. I'll go with that!
