Overnight Hospitalization
Hospitalization is often needed after a surgical procedure or an event that requires more extensive care. Patients often recover quicker during hospitalization where treatments such as IV fluids, supplemental oxygen, and constant monitoring can be provided with a designated ICU team.
Diagnostic Imaging
Our imaging team works to provide excellent images for interpretation. We are happy to work with referral studies as well. We provide radiographs(X-Ray), Ultrasound, CT scans, and Endoscopy. All images are reviewed by specialists.
Hyper Baric Oxygen Therapry
We have the only Hyperbaric oxygen unit in the area for veterinary medicine. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases oxygenation of all organs, tissues, and body fluids. This enables oxygen to penetrate compromised tissues 3-4 times farther than normal blood cells.
Endoscopy
Endoscopy is used for real time evaluation of the upper and lower intestinal systems. Different uses of the endoscope allow us to visualize and sample sections of the gastrointestinal system to provide biopsies for interpretation by a pathologist.
Computerized Tomography (CT)
Our CT machine captures clear, detailed images to assist us in diagnostic interpretation for trauma, chronic illness, or other disease processes such as Cancer. CT scans are very quick but often require mild sedation to allow us to collect the best images possible.
Pet Surgery
Often medical emergencies require hospitalization and/or surgical intervention. Our team has the capability and professional training to provide extended care as well as surgical intervention when needed.
Radiographs (X-Ray)
An X-ray is performed to obtain an image used to interpret bone or other soft tissue structures. This helps us interpret and diagnose conditions that may require more advanced care.
Ultrasound
An ultrasound is used to obtain live images of organ systems. This is an excellent tool to help us determine the cause of your pet’s problem and collect samples to submit for pathology review. This is a common tool used to evaluate chronic disease processes.
Urgent Pet Care
We accept all urgent cases, whether walk in or from your primary vet. We focus on initial assessments and treatment plans that work with you, your pet’s needs, as well as your budget.
Emergency Pet Care
Emergencies happen. We are here to help you when this happens. Emergencies are immediately triaged upon arrival. We will discuss treatment, stabilization, diagnostic testing, and a treatment plan to serve your pet’s needs.
