Coast to Country Caravans

Had my Rembrandt 1st annual service yesterday with these guys. Could not be happier with them. Had everything explained to me and what would need any further attention. I Would very happily recommend you go here for your van service. It’s hard to find good and committed service people these days. So I will definitely be back.

I honestly can not rate Peter and Kim highly enough. They went well past 'above and beyond'. I walked in on Saturday morning looking to compare/buy a new van. They had a brand new Pro RV Cougar on display that ticked all of my boxes and more taking into account the best layout I've seen yet on a 19'6 van. Problem was I had to leave Mackay the next day with an 8 hour drive home ahead of me. They gave good honest advice and recommendations at every step of the way, I definitely did not feel like I was dealing with your typical salesperson. They stayed back well into the afternoon to get the van ready for me and came in and opened up shop for the handover on Sunday morning. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase (she towed like a dream) and so happy to be able to support a small business who well and truly deserve rave reviews. They even checked in on me to make sure I was all good and got home safe when I'm sure most other people were eating their Sunday dinner. Amazing service and follow up and I have no doubt that will continue into the future as they encouraged me multiple times to call anytime ever if I had any questions etc. 10 out of 5 star service!!

The Swag is a great value for money hybrid camper,extremely well built and fitted 💯 with sufficient windows for ventilation 🪟 Whilst being the best for off-road its also perfect for inland exploring with two options pop up top or solid top.🚌 This little unit we looked at offers everything a traveling couple could possibly need with extra wide king-size bed🛏🚽🚿, toilet and shower with kitchen sink inside and plenty of storage and extras. All high spec stainless cooking facilities that glide out easily and swings in such a way that's so perfect is outside, this includes a 4 burner gas stove, sink with hot and cold water a large gas fridge freezer(gas supplied) and plenty storage. When not in use everything slides perfectly into its place leaving no unwanted odours or gadgets. Your outside awning area is even greater expanded. The outside has a pullout awning with side closures if you're setting up camp for a couple of days and the led lit up handle to step into your camper is a sturdy safe set-up. 👍 Excellent value for money. 💯👍❤

Kim’s communication on prices, specifications (we asked for some modifications) and delivery time was very professional, timely and appreciated. I recently inspected a caravan from Coast to Country and was extremely disappointed with the condition. The caravan had been fitted with modified suspension components, but there was no mod plate to certify the changes, which is a huge red flag for safety and legal compliance. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the suspension components had been cut and rewelded, which raises serious concerns about its stability and durability. Additionally, the frame had been poorly welded together, with weirdly painted, black sections of chassis. It appeared as though the caravan may have been involved in some kind of accident, though the seller refused to disclose any information regarding this. This lack of transparency and the obvious signs of damage make it clear that this caravan is not in the condition it should be, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. If you’re looking for a caravan that is safe and properly maintained, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Hands down, you will not find more helpful, hard working and genuine people! We hired from Kim and Pete a couple of times before recently splashing out to buy our own Royal Flair. Buying was a bitter-sweet moment for us; although we are very excited to have our own van, there was an air of sadness that we no longer need to hire from Coast to Country. They take exceptional care of their vans but are also understanding and fair and always go the extra mile to make sure the vans are up to scratch. They regularly add finishing touches that make you feel special and always make themselves available should you need to get in contact....great customer service! As Pete said to us: ‘Do your homework before buying...but I guarantee you will be back’ The finish on these vans in our opinion is unrivaled. Royal Flair are extremely lucky to have these two as advocates for their brand!

We have just purchased a Fantasy van from Kim and Peter and cannot rate these guys high enough. From the start, the entire process has been smooth and one of the easiest transactions we've ever had when buying. Thanks again Coast to Country!

We purchased a secondhand Concept innovation caravan and the sales man Trevor was fabulous. We needed to extend the due date by an extra week and a few days. Everytime we made contact everything was handled with a smile. On collecting the van Ross did the handover, due to us having had caravans before we felt we could manage that so we didn't put it up, big mistake 1. Ross noted to us the BMPRO system had been malfunctioning but it was fixed now. Second big mistake. We hooked up and took off for an overnight stay before leaving for Bendigo the next morning. We discovered the BMPRO was not perking as it should so we stopped in on our way out of town. A change over of water pump the error still occurs. We were told another part was needed, but they don't stock them or install them. We tried to get it looked at in Bendigo to no avail all fully booked. We arrived in Bendigo to a great caravan park. On our return we booked into a cabin for 2 days and dropped our home on wheels into the caravan and it was completed before expected date of collecting. They replaced the faulty BMPRO which we appreciate, yet there were still issues jot fixed. I politely asked for repair guy come out to us un the caravan to to which they obliged. Eventually it was all completed. I doubt it was throughly inspected. While we found lots more wrong with, I really wish we had a pre purpose done, but none available. The dealership had only been operating under the new owners.John the repair guy explained everything easily and we ate still waiting on 1 item that is on order. We had started to feel let down on the customer service. I still dislike the Bmpro odyssey system but too late to do anything about it.

Bought a caravan on consignment from Kym and Peter at Coast to Country Caravans, Mackay. Very proffesional and courteous. They went the extra mile to ensure that everything went right including ringing us well past closing time to ensure everything had gone well with the towing and setting up with the purchase. Kym went out of her way to ensure the registration transfer etc went smoothly and hassle free, due to the complexity involved with our interstate move particularly with licence and rego requirements. Any questions we have had since has never been an issue with their assistance.
