Coast to Country Caravans

Had my Rembrandt 1st annual service yesterday with these guys. Could not be happier with them. Had everything explained to me and what would need any further attention. We recently purchased our Nomadic Norca 16, and we feel incredibly lucky that Jen was the person who helped us. From the very first moment we met her, she treated our family like we mattered. Not like customers, like people she genuinely cared about. Buying a caravan is a big decision and Jen made the whole experience feel exciting, easy, and really special. What meant the most to us was how she included our little boy, Finn. She cuddled him, chatted with him, and made him feel like he was part of the whole adventure too. As parents, that meant more than she probably realizes. When we picked up the van, Jen had actually filled it with thoughtful gifts for us and for Finn. It was such a beautiful and unexpected gesture and it honestly shows the kind of person she is. Jen, thank you for your kindness and warmth. Years from now when we’re parked somewhere beautiful with Finn, making memories in this van, we’ll always remember you! You have made such an impact on our family I hope you are caravanning with us!
