Michelle made the entire process as simple and painless as possible! As a nervous, first time home buyer, I'm sure I had tons of "stupid questions" but Michelle handled every concern with ease. From showings over FaceTime, to late night questions and worries, she was the absolute best!

We rented a home in Savannah through them. We had contacted the property manager several times in regards to repairs and were ignored. When it was down to the low 30s and 20s recently we notified her immediately there was no heat in the home. Our home got down to 41 degrees with a newborn in the home. 10 days AFTER a crew finally came out and made the repair. Didn’t offer an alternative heat source. We had to rent a room and neighbors helped to proved heat for us. We tried to get 1 heater reimbursed and were ignored. When we notified them about moving on base, the property manager stayed in contact. But now that we have moved, she is back to ignoring us in regards to our deposit being refunded. Not to mention being charged $600 for cleaning of ceiling fans. I’d never rent from them again. Now the lady they claim who doesn’t work for them by “Ricky” has now filed a suit against us for almost 21k in damages and has listed the home for sale THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

If I could give Christina more than 5 stars, I WOULD! She was 1 of 2 recommended realtors I was given the names of from my job and I'm extremely grateful that we decided to go with her. My family and I were moving to Georgia from another state which is already stressful enough and she took pretty much ALL the stress off of me in regards to purchasing our new home. She took care of everything!!! Cannot express enough how thankful we are for her and all the hard work she put in!
