For the price you pay at $60 per night, I expected a bit more. The website stated every site would have a fire ring and a picnic table, ours had neither. There are two bathhouses, only one had soap, neither had a way to dry your hands after washing (no paper towels or hand dryer). The other bathhouse ran out of toilet paper the second day we were there. It doesn't appear to be checked or serviced regularly. The parking lot is not cleaned up, there were several places I picked up metal to avoid it ending up in my tires. The spots don't offer any sort of separation, putting wood between each spot would avoid the confusion of where the spot begins and ends. Not to mention you are in between a hospital and a train, so if you aren't hearing the train blow it's horn, you are hearing an ambulance or a helicopter. This place has lots of potential, it just needs some attention
