Rustin, a director with CMR installation prioritizes installation schedules with larger clients ( ie new apartment complexes) over individual appliance installs. Unfortunately Mile High Appliance trusted this installation group with my 4 kitchen appliances. 5 install efforts later, I have had a dishwasher without a door panel installed and removed (I had to pay an additional 25%for the restock), a fridge whose doors do not fully open as they collide with my wall. I had to schedule a separate install date for my microwave which would have been fine if they had shown up. After another reschedule they removed my microwave but didn’t “have the right screws” to install the new one in. Instead of running up the road to Lowe’s, Home Depot or R for screws, they had to hurry off to install things at another project site. The team attempted to leave the new microwave on my floor uninstalled. Refusing to allow the item to be claimed as delivered, I was forced to reschedule. Friday at 4 was the agreed upon time. I called at 3:50 knowing they close at 4, but nobody answered the scheduling or the customer support lines. At 4:12 the install crew called my wife (not the number I left them to call back) and claim they will be on site at 5:30. In all the experience has been extremely frustrating, time consuming and lacking in bidirectional communication.
To be clear, the install crews themselves have been a delight and very courteous and understanding. Their expertise and skill has been apparent from the beginning. It’s for their sake the rating gets a second star.
