Terms and Conditions
All video projects will be created free of charge. We have no ownership in any of the content used to create the video. We are not responsible for the use, abuse, or distribution of the video or its content.
We will provide all clients with one copy in the video format of their choice. All free projects will contain advertisements that reference CLS Mobile Notary or CLS Mobile Media services at random intervals during the video, at the beginning and end of each video, and will be watermarked. The watermark location will be at our discretion. A negotiable fee will be charged to remove the watermark and some of the advertising if the client wishes to have them removed.
There will be no popups, or links of any kind embedded in the video unless it is negotiated and requested by the client.
