CLS Mobile Notary Service

Copies per document are limited to 5 pages per individual file. Each document over 5 pages may only have the notarized pages copied. This is at the discretion of your notary at the time of service. ** full refunds will be giving within 2 or more hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to make changes within the two hour window you can only reschedule your appointment. Full refunds at that point must be discussed with your service provider. We will refund all except for a $10 convenience fee with no questions asked.

All video projects will be created free of charge. We have no ownership in any of the content used to create the video. We are not responsible for the use, abuse, or distribution of the video or its content. We will provide all clients with one copy in the video format of their choice. All free projects will contain advertisements that reference CLS Mobile Notary or CLS Mobile Media services at random intervals during the video, at the beginning and end of each video, and will be watermarked. The watermark location will be at our discretion. A negotiable fee will be charged to remove the watermark and some of the advertising if the client wishes to have them removed. There will be no popups, or links of any kind embedded in the video unless it is negotiated and requested by the client.
