I needed a document notarized for my newborn daughter’s birth certificate. Since I had her at home and also care for my non-ambulatory special needs son, getting out isn’t always easy. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize my phone was on silent, and my appointment reminder wasn’t set until 15 minutes beforehand! Courtney was incredibly professional and patient, reaching out multiple times to confirm our appointment and keep me updated. To make matters even more challenging, we live in the middle of nowhere, and he still managed to find our home without any help! 😄 I’m so grateful for his professionalism, patience, and kindness.
