This is at the discretion of your notary at the time of service. ** full refunds will be giving within 2 or more hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to make changes within the two hour window you can only reschedule your appointment. Full refunds at that point must be discussed with your service provider. We will refund all except for a $10 convenience fee with no questions asked.
