Cloudnords cutomer support(discord server) was amazing at helping me and my friend get our server working. They were really nice, friendly and werent afraid of being humorous to lighten the mood/tension in getting the server to work! Im really grateful for the help i recieved and feel really happy and content that it was solved within 5 hours of the issue happening!

Needed a high performance host to run our servers and CloudNord has yet to disappoint one bit, quality customer service and no downtime!

I really want to like cloudnord for minecraft servers, but right now I just can't. I've had issues with very basic functionality failing constantly. Support takes forever to respond and does not communicate what is going on. I literally have waited a week with an open support ticket trying to get backups fixed, been told they were fixed and they're failing again. I've had support tickets deleted without explanation or response. Storage is incredible limited and I have to send in a support ticket every time I need the limit increased despite paying for unmetered storage. I want to like this service, but until it improves I just can't.

My Server wouldn't start up correctly because some of the mods i had installed and instead of making me pay for the server setup fee they just fixed it for me on the spot.
