If I could give 0 stars I would.. I strongly recommend researching carefully before booking with Cloud Clinic. My experience has been very disappointing and stressful. I paid for a full ADHD assessment and was given a verbal diagnosis, but months later I still haven’t received the written report I was promised, which means I can’t bring anything to my GP or move forward with treatment.
Communication has been extremely limited and, now, completely absent. Emails, calls, and messages have gone unanswered for long periods, and the clinic has become effectively uncontactable. Myself & many other patients have been left without medication & care/reports that were promised/ part of the paid service.
I also experienced significant issues with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy on two separate occasions, which resulted in further delays in accessing medication.
Overall, this situation has caused considerable stress and disruption to my care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and would strongly encourage others to consider their options carefully before making payment.
