Cloud clinic was great until it wasn't. Ive been unable to get in contact with them for months. I've sent well over 10 emails in a 6 week period and have heard nothing back. Paid for a perscription and never got it. They've left me without medication for well over a month now. Going to have to find a new clinic at this rate

The administration side of cloud clinic is genuinely negligent. Dr. Joe is great. I started medication and no one showed up to my initial medication review. They said it was a tech issue. Tried rescheduling and asked if they could prescribe the initial dose again to hold me over until my review. Someone (they don't give names) finally acknowledged I'd been essentially stood up and said they'd send the prescription later that day. It's been 6 days since and I have not heard a thing. I've paid €1000 to be ignored multiple times. You can't diagnose someone and provide life changing medication only to leave them in the dark without any way of contacting them. Their phone hasn't been working for an unacceptable amount of time. I'm at the point where I'm laughing at how ridiculous this is holy Jesus.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I strongly recommend researching carefully before booking with Cloud Clinic. My experience has been very disappointing and stressful. I paid for a full ADHD assessment and was given a verbal diagnosis, but months later I still haven’t received the written report I was promised, which means I can’t bring anything to my GP or move forward with treatment. Communication has been extremely limited and, now, completely absent. Emails, calls, and messages have gone unanswered for long periods, and the clinic has become effectively uncontactable. Myself & many other patients have been left without medication & care/reports that were promised/ part of the paid service. I also experienced significant issues with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy on two separate occasions, which resulted in further delays in accessing medication. Overall, this situation has caused considerable stress and disruption to my care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and would strongly encourage others to consider their options carefully before making payment.

The doctor was competent, but dealing with their organisation has been excruciating. Prescription often get delayed and you have to write emails 3 or 4 times sometimes before getting an answer. Would definitely not recommend for somebody dealing with urgent issues.

Do not under ANY circumstances use this company, it was recommended through ADHD Ireland who now is removing them from their website, they were the ones who let me know the amount of complaints in about cloud clinic! I have been ignored for weeks email after email sent nobody prescribing my prescription I paid for I’m going to have to do a charge back it’s definitely over the two month mark now, I have no medication left they’ve removed their phone number it took them that long to dispense my medication the first time that my medication review came around and I wasn’t enough time back on it to be sure it was correct and low and behold it’s not I’ve had no medication for weeks they genuinely couldn’t give a rats I work 40 hour weeks in finance and this medication is needed to survive on a daily basis however they don’t seem to think so as they think it’s genuinely ok to ignore clients and take their money unlawfully and not prescribe medication that’s been paid for. Unprofessional rude and robbing!

The administration staff are incapable of keeping up with their workload. I am waiting months for a Doctors Note at this stage. I have had to chase them for every appointment, meaning muliple emails before I get a single response. There phone line does not operate and you cannot walk in to their office, which is extremely poor customer management. My prescriptions were delayed by weeks and when they were sent they were for only a week when they should have been a month. The excuse I got from the staff is they are 'neuro-divergent' themselves and are overwhelmed, and as someone who has there own struggles in this way, it is an extremely unprofessional response. They are not a scam, but they are not worth dealing with. Not all is bad there doctors seem genuinely good. But the organisation is a joke.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Joe Andrew Lima. He went far beyond expectations - spending nearly 80 minutes with me instead of the scheduled 40, listening carefully and making me feel completely comfortable. He also has an amazing way of explaining things clearly, making complex topics easy to understand and helping you feel confident about the process. It never felt clinical or rushed; it felt like an open, understanding conversation with someone who genuinely cared. As someone juggling a very demanding work life, I really value how accessible and fully virtual the whole process is, with quick appointment availability and kind, professional follow-up from the team. The communication from both Dr. Joe and the admin staff was caring, authentic and supportive throughout. I walked away from my appointment feeling heard, reassured, and confident in my care. Highly recommend Cloud Clinic for anyone seeking fast, compassionate and professional support.

Whilst the psychiatrist I had spoken to, Joe was lovely; the administration side of things is borderline non-exitstent. I have been diagnosed for 2 weeks, with no official proof of diagnosis despite being told it was being sent to myself numerous times; alongside a perscription which was “being sent” over a week ago, and my pharmacy has yet to recieve anything. With their phone lines down (which looking online has been for quite a while) the only method of contact is email; and you can email for days on end with no response or acknowledgement whatsoever; making you wonder if your emails are ever being read. If you search this clinic online, you’ll find many people raising the exact same issues, which appear to have been ongoing for the last year +. Very disappointing communication for the money that is spent

As with a couple of the most recent posts I agree that the Psychiatrist is lovely and nice to deal with but the administration side is a disaster. I have been diagnosed for almost 5 months now and still have not received any written reports or proof of diagnosis, because of this I am missing out on a lot of supports that my college offer when it come's to exams etc. I have communicated this many times over the past few months to cloud clinic but my last email has gone unanswered I have also requested and paid for my repeat prescription two weeks ago and the pharmacist has still not received it despite sending reminder emails. I can't afford to go to another psychiatrist to get assessed again and without my reports I can't change to a different psychiatrist to take over my care. Avoid if like me you need your reports for school or college because it will only create more stress. I honestly feel that at this stage cloud clinic should offer me a refund as they have not provided me with my report which was included in the service I paid for.

The frustratingly inadequate and completely undermining quality of care. Since my appointment, dealing with follow-up has been an absolute nightmare.
