Cloud 9 Canine - Kalamazoo Pet Care & Dog Training

I have an anxious dog who has nipped a couple people. I was so Impressed with the Cloud 9 group. They took time to get to know my babies and after several visits (without me in the house) I felt comfortable enough to leave them in charge when I went out of town for a wedding. I came back after the weekend to two relaxed dogs. Both dogs need medication, the one is on a strict schedule and each pill time I revived a picture of the pills they were giving him. The anxious one also requires a muzzle when walking in the neighborhood. I received pictures of him walking with his muzzle on as well. I highly recommend this group.

We use Cloud 9 Canine for all of our pet training, sitting, and enrichment needs! We have two young and energetic German Shorthair Pointers and the team does a great job on helping us keep up. We have utilized the puppy classes, young adult classes, private training, weekly walks/house visits, field trips to the dog park, day care and recently finished the introduction to scent games class. All services felt very personalized and it was fantastic to see our pups grow and expand their skills because of the work the team does. They are very responsive to our questions and accommodate our schedule needs. We are always looking forward to the next class or service offering as they are constantly improving and expanding their services offered. The team truly does care about our pups as if they were their own. I would not hesitate to recommend!

My husband and I were looking for some help in training our little miniature poodle, MayBe, and happened on Cloud 9 Canine, Jordan, Nicole and the rest of the great staff. We sent MayBe for their drop off training and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were able to get all of the basics down with her and, more importantly, train us!! The communication from them is over the top. They let you know what they did with MayBe throughout the day, how they did it and who was doing what. Thank you Cloud 9 Canine!!!!!

I truly can’t say enough great things about the Cloud 9 team and their services! When I first brought home my puppy, George, I experienced the ‘puppy blues’ despite being excited. Having a puppy was harder than I expected, and I felt disheartened and overwhelmed. During a consultation call, I expressed my struggles. When Jordan visited for a meet and greet, she reassured me that I wasn’t alone in my feelings. Starting the 12-week puppy package was a game-changer. The Pet Care Professionals came twice a week to take George on fun field trips, giving me much-needed breaks. After George came home from his trips, I would get a report filled with details of their adventure, including cute pictures, which assured me that George was being loved and cared for during his time away. Our private training lessons with Jordan went beyond basic commands like ‘sit’ and ‘stay’—we focused on skills applicable to everyday situations. I finally started to bond with my puppy and build confidence in my ability to be a dog mom! We finished the 12 weeks with George’s first-ever off-leash walk! George is now part of the weekly doggy day camp, which is one of his favorite parts of the week. He is always so excited when I drop him off! After camp, I receive two detailed reports: one about his day at camp and another from Jordan with behavioral notes. They tailor his day to include practicing his social skills, spending time with his friends in a safe and supervised environment, and going on fun adventures! Thanks to the Cloud 9 team, I am equipped to handle puppy adolescence, and my puppy and I are now inseparable. I am excited to continue working with them on goals for George. Charlie has been to camp at Cloud9 and we also participated in the Behavior Lite package. We received expert service, excellent information, and skilled assistance with our sweet Doggo. Highly recommend Cloud9 for help understanding and adjusting dog behavior!

Mav'rik is an anxious dog and struggles with new experiences and interactions with dogs he doesn't know. Cloud 9 Canine customized parts of their program to help him work thru' some of his issues and has freely given us advice for working with him at home. We really appreciate the pictures and reports on his activities and progress that they send at the end of the day. Since going to Day Camp, he is more relaxed on walks & doesn't pull as much or as often. He loves going there & whines as soon as he gets in the parking lot (unfortunately for us)! It is obvious that he feels very comfortable there. I highly recommend them for their knowledge & willingness to help him with his issues as shown by the improvement in his attitude and behavior.

We used Cloud 9 Canine services while we were out of town for a long weekend and I could not recommend them more! Their communication is top notch, they ensured my dogs were cared for and medicines were given when instructed, and left my home in good shape as well. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and if you are looking for a pet sitter, you have hit the jackpot!!

Cloud 9 Canine was wonderful with keeping me updated on my pets while I was away for a week-long trip. Their app is user friendly and every time they had someone go over to check on my pets I was sent a well detailed report and beautiful pictures! I returned to a clean home, taken care of pets and a surprise thank you letter from the employees over my adored cat, I will definitely be using them again on my next trip!

We love, love, love Cloud 9 Canine! The staff are always so kind and attentive to our dog's needs, they even created a special Day Camp session just for dogs who match her size/energy level! Our dog LOVES Day Camp, she has learned how to be confident, how to socialize, how to play - she is a 100% happier dog because of her weekly camp adventures with her 4- and 2-legged pals. We always look forward to the weekly reports and pictures, we can tell C9C loves Poppy as much as Poppy loves C9C! We are so happy we found Cloud 9 Canine. We have used their pop-in home dog sitting visits, pet taxi services, and day camp services. We highly recommend C9C to everyone who wants their pooch to live a happy life!

Jordan and all the members of the team at C9C did an amazing and thorough job of caring for our doggo Bowser while we were out of town. The peace of mind knowing that he was able to spend the day and nights we were away in his home and not at some strange kennel was amazing. The team were outstanding, respectful of our space, sent pictures, updates and most importantly cared for and looked after Bowser. So happy to know there is a group of professionals who can help us when we need to leave town. Would definitely recommend! Thank you all again!
