I recently hosted an event at this hall, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The service was truly outstanding—staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Everything was well-organized from start to finish, which made the entire event run smoothly. The venue itself was clean, spacious, and very well-prepared upon arrival. Every detail had clearly been taken care of, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Most importantly, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we received so many positive comments from attendees. I highly recommend this event hall to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed, and pleasant venue for any occasion.

We hosted a tahlil for our late father here and had a really pleasant experience. The venue was nice, clean, and spacious — we especially loved the balcony area! Parking was ample, the fee was reasonable, and access to the venue was very convenient. The host was super friendly, kind, and helpful. We accidentally left some food stain on the table cloth, they were understanding enough to give a full refund of the deposit regardless. They even provided free bottled water for our guests and prepared tissues for everyone. Small thoughtful gestures like these really elevated the whole experience. We highly recommend this venue for your next event! Tip: try hosting during the daytime so you can fully enjoy the beautiful view :)

If you're looking for an event space or venue with great money for value yet offers simplicity with a slice of comfort, CLOUD 16 is definitely one of the best small events space options to go for. You won't even have to worry about equipment as the venue already has its own sound, light and LED systems Had an event at this place , and the environment was great. The air-conditioning was cold enough, and the place was clean and tidy, including the toilets, which were also cool and well-maintained. Parking was easy to find, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and well-organized venue! 👍🏼✨

Had a pleasant experience using Cloud16 for our training event. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for a productive session. The team was helpful throughout, and we especially appreciated the complimentary stationery provided, a thoughtful touch that made things more convenient for participants. Lovin the place, the location, and all the extra item that cloud 16 provides. Who would've thought they even provide all the supportive item. (Cables, chargers, fridge, speakers, easel stand and even dessert trays)Don't mention the service and enquiries replies 💯. Will host more party for our next kids . Love love love

Hosted a birthday party & aqiqah for my son at Cloud 16. Excellent customer service by the host (Mandalyn). Easy to communicate and deal with. Affordable price with a warm and cosy ambiance. The venue complete with P.A system, projector, appliances and a room for resting and pray. All the table arrangements were pre-setup by the host as per our request. The check in and check out process was so buttery smooth. Clear instructions by Mandalyn. Highly recommend and satisfies with space and the service by Mandalyn.

Cloud 16 is a big and pleasant event space that works well for different events like workshops, parties, and photoshoots. It has great natural light from lots of windows. Plus, the person in charge is very friendly and helpful.

I have amazing experience debut my first ever Hijab Styling Workshop in Cloud 16. The atmosphere was insanely beautiful. The PIC, Mandalyn was super helpful before, during and after the event despite she was overseas at that time. I will definitely coming back for another session! Grateful for Cloud 16!!!

I recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Cloud16, and it was an absolute hit! The venue was spacious making it perfect for kids to run around.
