Clocktower Carshalton

Very poor service. On 25 June I had ordered a car to collect my husband from a Day centre. I paid £7 online.The driver apparently waited outside having text me when I was elsewhere ( and in a place where I was not allowed my mobile)...My husband does not have a mobile .The driver never rang doorbell at centre but sat in his car and left. Booking was cancelled .40 minutes later , after Day Centre rang Clocktower Cars another car came but my husband had to pay another £7. Since then I have rung 4 times to request £7 refund and told initially it had been refunded ;( I had to insist it hadnt ) then they would refund me, then they couldn't do this and I needed to ring next day for the manager. Then told next day manager was not in and someone would ring back after their lunch ( this was 12.20 and it's now 3.40) I think.you can understand why I can only give 1 star in fact it would be minus 1.

Absolute hero’s. We needed to be picked up from home at 4am to get to the airport on time. After uber let us down and other taxi firms had no drivers, I called clocktower carshalton at 2am who organised my driver to come 2 hours later as requested. Not only were they able to sort a last minute booking at silly o’clock in the morning it was also one of the cheapest options. Sahibullah our driver was professional and on time. Great airport pickup service despite our flight being 2 hours delayed. Our driver was polite, professional and a reasonable price for short notice. The app is very useful in tracking & contacting your driver. Overall a very positive experience!

Excellent communications via email when I enquired about the booking. Very easy company to deal with. The driver arrived bang on time and we literally stepped out of the airport into the car without having to search for him. We were delivered home by a very kind and considerate driver.

My driver was smartly dressed, arrived highly punctually in a clean car and drove smoothly to the airport on a good route with minimal traffic, which was much appreciated. Received confirmation messages of my booking on the day of booking and on the eve of my departure. Also received a text that my driver was on his way on the day itself. Have used Clocktower Cars for airport trips in the past and happy to use again :-)

Perfect car for the 7 of us with 3 children car seats. The driver waited for our flight to land and advised where we should go to meet him for the collection so communication was great. Will use again.

On behalf on my husband, the driver is very polite, pleasant and helpful. Car is clean and well kept. Drive is smooth and comfortable. I would recommend and vote him the best!

I booked a cab from Clock Tower cars in Epsom and, as always they are a great firm, always on time, no waiting around for your cab to arrive. My driver today was a lovely chap, I was tired after being at a retirement do and he left me be until.I started to talk, and then he engaged with me, friendly, happily, honestly. I have to.say that my driver today was a really decent chap and a true professional. I honestly can't rate this firm high enough. If you need a cab out of epsom, look no further, they are bloody brilliant.

Booked an emergency cab to collect my teenage daughter who was very late home for curfew, the cab called on arrival and introduced himself as her driver. She was dropped home safely and I was greeted very politely by the driver. I will definitely use this company again.
