Clocktower Carshalton

Very poor service. On 25 June I had ordered a car to collect my husband from a Day centre. I paid £7 online.The driver apparently waited outside having text me when I was elsewhere ( and in a place where I was not allowed my mobile)...My husband does not have a mobile .The driver never rang doorbell at centre but sat in his car and left. Booking was cancelled .40 minutes later , after Day Centre rang Clocktower Cars another car came but my husband had to pay another £7. Since then I have rung 4 times to request £7 refund and told initially it had been refunded ;( I had to insist it hadnt ) then they would refund me, then they couldn't do this and I needed to ring next day for the manager. Then told next day manager was not in and someone would ring back after their lunch ( this was 12.20 and it's now 3.40) I think.you can understand why I can only give 1 star in fact it would be minus 1.

Absolute hero’s. We needed to be picked up from home at 4am to get to the airport on time. After uber let us down and other taxi firms had no drivers, I called clocktower carshalton at 2am who organised my driver to come 2 hours later as requested. Not only were they able to sort a last minute booking at silly o’clock in the morning it was also one of the cheapest options. Sahibullah our driver was professional and on time. Thank you clocktower!
