Very charming and courteous cab driver. In addition, I left my headphones in the cab and Steve the manager at the office went above and beyond to ensure their safe return; leaving both a telephone and a text message to keep me informed. Highly recommended

I’ve always had efficient friendly service from Clocktowers. I recently left my wallet in one of their cars and they went far and beyond the get in touch with me then drop it off at my house insisting no charge was needed. I doubt you would receive service like this from a non local company. Will be using Clocktowers for all future rides. Thank you Steve for all your help 🙏🏼

We had ordered this taxi many times early in the morning for school runs. There had been many issues before, but today was the last straw. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They are always late or simply don’t show up, as happened today. We booked a taxi at 8:00 a.m. for it to arrive at 8:40 for a school run. At 8:39 I was informed that the car would arrive in one minute, but no one came. After that, we were told to wait another 10–15 minutes, and the taxi would arrive. No one came. At 9:00 a.m. I was told that they didn’t know when a taxi would be available. I can’t imagine what would have happened if we needed to go to the airport.

If you don’t like the smell of B.O, avoid at all costs. Every time I get into one of their cars, it absolutely punishes my nose and clothes. I am here writing a review because the last car ride was THAT BAD that I have had to arrange for my very expensive coat to be dry cleaned. I mean seriously? Imagine being ripped off on the price of the trip and then also having to suffer for the whole journey. It was freezing outside but we found ourselves having to roll the windows down just to bare it. Not only this but me and my partner have noticed that they try to take advantage of younger women by higher pricing or stopping off for petrol mid journey which is totally unprofessional. My partner tells me that one of the drivers will sulk if she doesn’t talk to him for the whole journey when he’s asking lots of invasive and personal questions. To top it off, a few of them drive like they are extras from fast & furious. Dangerously speeding down country lanes, sometimes whilst distracted by their phones & aggressively beeping at other drivers. If there is another taxi rank you can call, please do

Booked a pet friendly taxi and had the rudest, most unpleasant man I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. A small amount dog hair in a PET FRIENDLY taxi and he was demanding an extra £40 to the cab fare. Will absolutely never use this service again and would strongly recommend others do not either.

Excellent service & driver! We were going to Heathrow T5 & it was busy on the M25. Driver turned up 50 minutes earlier, was happy to wait until we were ready and found a route to avoid most of the traffic. We arrived at Heathrow early and zero stress. We can absolutely recommend. Id have happily given Clocktower 5 stars up until today. I had a return trip booked - 3:20, return 4:30pm. The return was cancelled minutes before, leaving me and my 5 year old stranded in the rain in the middle of nowhere. It was getting dark, my son was cold & I had 7% battery on my phone. The journey was cancelled because - "there's no one in the area" - they were happy to accept the booking in the first place! I was firstly not informed that it was going to be cancelled, I only found out by going onto the app & seeing the status as 'cancelled' 6 minutes before being due to depart. I was then hung up on & told the only solution was to wait for someone to be available - there was no way I was just going to hang around and wait nor was I prepared to put my trust in them again. Really really disappointing. Won't be using again.

Online booking won’t allow me to complete payment of £27 for a pre-booking. Called up to book and was told it’ll be £44, for a trip from Witley to Guildford! Now they’ve banned my account online. Won’t use again.

Have only started using their taxi service recently, but every taxi has been prompt and on time. Welcoming taxi drivers and customer service agents! 100/10.

Steve was brilliant he saw us in the cold in an cold area where it’s hard to get taxis from and still managed to collect us, so welcoming and put a heater on for us!!!! xx
