Cancelled my booking on the day of, claiming there were no drivers available in the area. If you confirm a booking a week in advance, you should ensure a driver is arranged. Avoid this service if you need a reliable taxi.

Awful, unsafe and unacceptable. Booked a taxi to Gatwick and also the return home 5 days later. When the first taxi came it had a child’s booster seat when I requested a rear facing baby seat for my 12 month old. The seat that came was a seat for 4+ year old (I checked the label). At 4am we had little choice but to go with it. I rang when we arrived at the airport to explain the situation and can we double check we will have a baby seat on return, I was assured we would. 5 days later and the same car seat turns up, a booster seat not even with any straps so my 12 month old is using an adult seat belt, slumped in the seat, which is so unsafe and unacceptable. I rang again to explain the issue and was told a manager would call me back, no one did so I rang again a few days later, again no call back. I sent a message on their website requesting a call back and still nothing. Totally unacceptable, unsafe and will not be using again. Clearly don’t take the safety of passengers seriously!

We booked a disabled vehicle a car that takes a wheelchair on the way they got it right. On the return they send a normal car then they put the phone down 4 times even head office. And the staff dont listen they even put wrong post code down . They need to train there staff to listen and do their job properly i think someone with no ears and eyes could do better the customer service sucks id give 0 Star if possible. Total joke.

Update: the driver was excellent and regretful for the delay caused. Procided service with a smile. Made upnfoe the shoddy service if the call centre. Initial review: shoddy for airport pickips. I was informed driver will br there within 30 mins, and took longer than 1 hour. They underestimate the time to get the order in seems and provide unrealistic times. Ok for drop off, but I wouldnt want do pick up again

Review to give thanks to Stephen Terry for sorting out a mis-communication issue and rectifying the problem in such a professional manor. It’s good to talk to people on the phone, who understand the customer and their requirements. Especially after travelling all day!

Awful and dangerous. Phoned twice for a quote (both of which they saved on their system) to Heathrow explaining both times that I had 9 month old twins and needed 2 baby seats and then phoned a third time to book the cab, repeating all this information again. Child seats are an extra charge and I agreed to this. Clocktower sent 1 baby seat and 1 child booster seat and then tried to justify it saying that’s what I ordered and the operator had confirmed at booking 1x baby and 1x booster seat. Clearly a lie since I wouldn’t have booked them if that had been the deal and how could the operator think that 9 month old twins would need different seats?! Have not been offered a refund even for the child seats, let alone for the fact that I have to dangerously hold my baby for an hour’s trip since there is no time to book an alternative.

Called to book a cab I asked for a baby seat as I have a 15 month old, lady said that’s fine all booked. Cab turned up said he doesn’t have a car seat, I can hold him on my lap…not a chance! What if there’s an accident. He even said he looked it up and it’s fine to hold him on my lap! I’m sorry but no! It’s against the law. I will not be recommending this company absolutely disgusting. Called the cab company they apologised and sent out another cab but was to late we missed what we were planning to do.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I called upon getting my luggage etc since I didn’t receive anything from the taxi company. I was told the driver is 15 mins late due to traffic and when I called 15mins later & was put through to the driver he wasn’t informed of my call in the first place. I had to wait for another 20+ mins. Normally the taxi company is the one to message or call and wait for you as opposed to make you wait.

Just returned from a trip to Zürich and used Clockhouse Tower Cars for both legs of the journey. I received a text each time confirming the driver was on the way, with a link to track their location. For the outbound leg, the driver arrived early — despite the pick-up being very early in the morning — which gave me real peace of mind. On the return, my flight was delayed by 45 minutes, and baggage took even longer. I emailed to ask if the pick-up could be pushed back by an hour, and they replied straight away with, “Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.” And they did. The driver was already there — he’d clearly tried to park but couldn’t due to the usual chaos at Heathrow, so he swung round and picked us up smoothly. I was only charged the standard Heathrow pick-up rate. The service was exceptional. The driver was brilliant. Honestly, I cannot fault them. I’d 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

If I had checked this company’s reviews first I would never have called them! HOWEVER I didn’t and I am glad I found this amazing company! Called at 4 am after my flight from Heathrow was cancelled last minute and moved to London City. Local taxi company had no availability for 5 ppl +5 suitcases and one of them recommended ClockTowerr. From the moment this lovely lady picked up the experience was amazing! Same with the driver, who called me immediately he received the booking. I then received text messages with all the details including tracking link, which was updated live. Nice driver, clean and nice looking car.All in all ClockTower literally saved our day after what I would say was an extremely stressful morning thanks to British Airways. Will def book again and recommend🙏🏻 THANK YOU CLOCK TOWER☺️
