The app told us when our car was due to arrive & the number plate. We then received a text confirming the meeting point & we only had to wait a minute or so to be picked up. Drive home was smooth & efficient. Highly recommended.

As always Clock Tower Cars were extremely helpful. I needed a car at very short notice and the car arrived very quickly and got me to my destination on time. The driver was polite, helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me physically as l am very elderly and have mobility problems. Thoroughly recommend both driver and clock Tower Cars.

We always use this local firm. As reliable and a good price to the airport. However I did feel nervous on the motorway. Driver was over the speed limit and only had one hand on the steering wheel. Stopping distance worrying as was very close to other cars at times. Please ensure your drivers understand motorway safety.

From the initial call to the office to arriving at our destination, this company provided an excellent service. Our driver was very friendly and helpful, loading and unloading our heavy cases for us. Would recommend and will use again.

Great driver!! The smoothest drive ever back from an airport. Much appreciated after feeling sick from a 14 hour flight. Gave clear instructions on where to meet him, on time for collection.

From the start he didn't want my client who is disabled to sit in the front Sir I explained to him that she doesn't sit at the back because she doesn't feel comfortable. He insisted and I told him she couldn't sit there he was upset about that. And then he was on the phone speaking loudly in his unprofessional language. This is common among Clock Tower drivers as it is not the first time it will happen when they see a disabled person they don't like them to sit in front of. It is unfair and can be said to be discrimination they need to accommodate everyone. Also, The driver was impatient and was not polite he threw the receipt at me and he did not give me a complete change of 0.8p left. I know 0.8p is little but It is not my money but for the client and I need to balance the finance book.

The driver was nice, but the car could be cleaner, and she should have driven a little more carefully. Most kids are in the car. Her driving on the motorway was a little too fast (80miles) and reckless.

This driver waited patiently at the hospital when my Mum's discharge was slightly delayed (and didn't charge more). He was so careful in getting Mum into the cab (in a wheelchair) and drove INCREDIBLY carefully and sensitivily to ensure there was no jarring or going over potholes. What a kind man. I recommend him without hesitation. Thank you.

I use this taxi service twice over the weekend Saturday and Sunday I must firstly say that customer service from booking was amazing and prompt, I had two drivers who reach and pick up on time, I felt comfortable and satisfied at all time, I will recommend this service for day to day travelling or if u have special trips such as airport run, and functions.

Short notice booking but the car was waiting at the station when we got off the train. A bit of confusion initially as the driver had been given the wrong postcode. Quickly sorted out, smooth ride home.
