⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was such a fantastic experience. When we went out to the car, the driver actually got out and opened the door for me — something you rarely see these days, and I found it such a pleasant surprise. He was polite, friendly, and made the whole journey enjoyable with interesting conversation. It really was a delight to have him as our driver, and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Great driver and a very good service. The only issue was that my wife booked the pick up for me and all updates (including this request to rate the service) were sent to my wife's phone at our home instead of to me even though she gave my mobile number at the time of the booking. Would definitely use your company again.

Driver was a bit rude and impatient as we were trying to load our luggage for us and our kids. He charged us a bit more than the price quoted and blamed us for not paying in advance even though I had already verified we could pay after the journey with card. Asides that, the drive itself was smooth.

I have used this company for years and they have been excellent. This driver let them down as the fare increased stating £25.00 waiting time with no plausible (our flight was delayed)explanation.Which I refused to pay he ended by stating that he would only pick up customers by the way they looked inferring racial profiling which is a poor advertising for the company which is normally brilliant and professional.

Very disappointing. He falsely claimed that he would send the payment receipt by email. At the beginning of the trip, I made it very clear that I was fine paying in any form, but I needed a proper proof of receipt. Please be cautious when dealing with these people.

Not a very comfortable or smooth drive, even though I asked the driver if he could drive slightly more slowly he agreed but carried driving as he had. We have used your company regularly and have never before had an uncomfortable experience. We would not like to have this driver again

Amazing driver and so patient. Dog decided to run out of house for first time ever and he had to wait whilst he was caught. And was so understanding. Very friendly and patient. And did drop off and return journey which made it nicer x

This was my first time using Clocktower Cars and I won’t ever use another company again. My driver, Babar, was the most amazing person. We had a long 2 hour journey with him and boy did that time fly. I loved hearing all his stories and sharing our own, he’s a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This driver arrived in good time. Was very helpful with our luggage. He was friendly and despite heavy traffic navigated the motorway very efficiently.

Fantastic service. Jaffar was very polite, helpful pleasant, and such a lovely guy overall. Very professional too. We enjoyed our drive back home, makes a huge difference after a long flight! He definitely is a credit to Clock Towers.
