just a final note on music box restoration, im sure you can see from the pictures the type of music boxes i restore. they are true Antiques although the ones in the pictures are AI generated but im sure you get the idea, however like many clocks things have great sentimental value, now with that said like clock restoration the money value of the clock has no bearing on my estimates it really makes no difference to me weather the music box is worth a few hundred or few thousand pounds the hourly rate is the same to me, everything i do will be movement service plus the cost of the other things that need doing, again estimates are free. you are welcome to send pictures to me after you call me on 0151 291 4868 .
