This very nice time & strike clock has come to us for repairs, it's made by Simmons of London & dates to c1750, it has a twin fusee movement & strikes on a bell, it was part of a very large clock collection, we beleive that some went to the British museum & many where sold through Bonums Auction in 1954, the movement is housed in a very nice walnut case with glass panel's which display the fusee movent, it will be taken completely apart cleaned & any parts needed will be hand made. The case is totally original and has nice patina.
