Well another Year over & Looking Forward With Anticiapation to some of the Clocks that come into my Workshop, The Thing is you Just dont know & This is one of the Things i Love About My Job. Due to the Covid Pandemic We never Really Got Going Last Year Due to The Shortage Of Materials & Postage Problems Etc Etc But we still got a Lot Done, We are Already Busy with Plenty of Interesting Clocks Already Booked in, Unfortunately as every year goes by it seems a few more Clockmakers decide to retire With no one Replacing Them, The Thing is its not just About Clock Repairs its the Whole Package, Case Restoration Making parts That are Simply Not Available, There are now Less & Less People Prepared to Learn These Skills, & Even Fewer able to Share This Knowledge, Its now no Suprise to me that many Companys including ourselves have a Waiting List of Clocks Needing Attention, So all as we Say is be patient plenty of Clocks needing restoration but not Enough Clockmakers to Restore Them.
