We had an unexpected dental emergency with my young son, and even without an appointment, Dr. Serge welcomed us with kindness and urgency. He was incredibly gentle, patient, and made my son feel completely at ease. It’s not just a 5 star review, he deserves 6 stars! We’re truly grateful for his professionalism and warm approach. Highly recommend!

Worst experience of my life dentures did not fit I tryed telling him he told me it was just me not giving it a chance , so I went home tried wearing them could not eat went back told him I could not eat they didn’t fit right , then accuse me of arguing with him , I was simply saying they don’t fit they would need filling or something, I was also getting a partial on my Lower when he tryed putting them in the steel punkture into my fresh of my new removed theeth , with stitches . I yelle. Out of pain and started crying , apologies were not given intead on his defence told me in a rash way to calm my nerves, and didn’t want to treat me any more , because I cried his said I was difficult, what would you do if you spent 3,800 $ and you can’t eat with your teeth , and stuck steel in a fresh wound ? Hopefully you won’t go threw that

They have the sweetest staff. Very smart. I’ve been to 2 previous denturists and they don’t compare. Joel is very friendly and super gentle with everything. Also always makes sure everything feels right. I highly recommend him.

Incredible service right from the first contact. We contacted them with a lot of questions, not really knowing anything about dentures and the process. Their admin is incredible, answered all of my questions and followed up with an email. She continued to answer all questions and concerns that I had. The visit itself was great and there were no surprises, as everything had been explained so well leading up to the appointment. Joel is so great with his patients and makes sure you are comfortable through everything. The digital denture process is so neat and accurate! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing any denture work.

This clinic is amazing!! I have been to 2 different denture clinics in Moncton and this one beats both of them. The staff are very friendly and professional. Their work is awesome. Five Stars for sure 😄

The people are friendly enough. Unfortunately, the quality, fit, and appearance of the partial plate is very disappointing. First plate did not fit at all and after not being able to eat with them and dealing with pain for several months, a new denture was necessary. I wasn’t told until the day I picked up the new ones, that my insurance was being billed again. I should have questioned it right then but after 7 months I just wanted it done. So after paying $1750. for the first set, another charge of over $700. was submitted to my insurance company. A professional should have some idea of gum shrinkage etc. I do understand every situation is different however I was never told there was no guarantee or there could be more charges. Thank goodness I have decent insurance that covered majority of the charges. The new dentures are a better fit but are still not as I expected or experienced in the past. The material is very plastic like (even the four teeth) and unpolished. The teeth do not look like natural teeth. I’ve had a couple dentures in the past and these do not compare in looks and quality. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

First of all, the first person I talk to to make an appointment was friendly, and answered all my questions, and then when you walk in, the front desk assistant makes you feel very welcomed. That alone took a lot of Anxiety away from me. The office and the dental rooms are very clean, And so is the equipment they use. The denturist was friendly and explained everything.. Myself I found it was very quick between my first visit and getting my dentures. I was expecting to wait four to six weeks, But they arrived with two weeks. After I brought them home, I needed an adjustment and when I called they got me in within a couple days and the denturist fixed the problem I had right away. I found that the whole experience was a good experience. Friendly, helpful and compassionate. And very understanding with some of the issues I had. And I would recommend this denture clinic.

What an amazing team and facility. They have changed my quality of life. I am so much happier and have a lot more confidence.
