The luxurious atmosphere creates high expectations!! All the marketing and customer-care efforts are appreciated, but at the end of the day, clients here are patients seeking medical help and proper follow-up. I visited Clinicaleen a week ago, and while the place is clearly well-organized and they’ve done a great job improving the overall customer-service experience, I feel it’s important to highlight a few concerns. I’m grateful for the representative who welcomed me and for the positive energy, but after my appointment, I didn’t get what I actually came for. I booked a consultation and a dental cleaning, the dentist was professional, the cleaning went smoothly, and I fully understood their busy schedule. However, what followed was disappointing. I did a CBCT scan on the spot as recommended to proceed with an implant, and I clearly asked for a copy of the scan since I paid for it. Until now, I haven’t received anything. I also spent time discussing the financial details to move forward with the implant, but again, despite being promised a quotation, I didn’t receive any follow-up. I was genuinely looking for a clinic I could build a long-term relationship with, and while the luxurious atmosphere creates high expectations, I left feeling ignored once the bill was paid. That’s not the experience I was hoping for. Much respect to the medical staff I dealt with, my comments are directed toward management. I truly hope these points help redirect priorities toward delivering real value, proper follow-up, and honoring promises.

I had an amazing experience at Leen Clinic! The Ultraformer treatment gave me great results — my skin feels tighter and more refreshed. Great clinic, professional and organized in booking appointments and great services. Many thanks to dietitian Dr. Salwa, for her valuable and smooth journey. I came to the clinic having malnutrition and weak immune system, we had a discussion and she clearly explained about the general idea of dietitian and learned how to plan my potions and food value. I have seen a good result since first session we had. I recommend her as a dietitian that helps you in your nutrition without feeling any pressure, she makes it easy and smooth.

Fantastic practice! The team is very friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend this practice. My daughter is terrified of the dentist and it was impossible to get her treatment, but since she met Dr. Fidaa, she's been wonderful. She takes the time to explain each step, demonstrates everything, and most importantly, she waits for the child's consent. I think that's fantastic because it puts the child at ease. She was patient, attentive, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Her way of dealing with clients shows how dedicated she is — calm, respectful, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how she handled everything smoothly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a kind personality, and Noor definitely stands out. The clinic itself is organized, clean, and the service was excellent — but Noor’s presence made the experience even better. I visited Dr Rahaf at ClinicaLeen to fix acne scars and active acne on my face. I came to one session already and wallah she’s genius. My face is so glowy. I don’t know what she did but she’s amazing. So I came back today for the second session because I can’t trust anyone else with my face now halas.
