The luxurious atmosphere creates high expectations!!
All the marketing and customer-care efforts are appreciated, but at the end of the day, clients here are patients seeking medical help and proper follow-up.
I visited Clinicaleen a week ago, and while the place is clearly well-organized and they’ve done a great job improving the overall customer-service experience, I feel it’s important to highlight a few concerns.
I’m grateful for the representative who welcomed me and for the positive energy, but after my appointment, I didn’t get what I actually came for.
I booked a consultation and a dental cleaning, the dentist was professional, the cleaning went smoothly, and I fully understood their busy schedule. However, what followed was disappointing.
I did a CBCT scan on the spot as recommended to proceed with an implant, and I clearly asked for a copy of the scan since I paid for it.
Until now, I haven’t received anything.
I also spent time discussing the financial details to move forward with the implant, but again, despite being promised a quotation, I didn’t receive any follow-up.
I was genuinely looking for a clinic I could build a long-term relationship with, and while the luxurious atmosphere creates high expectations, I left feeling ignored once the bill was paid. That’s not the experience I was hoping for.
Much respect to the medical staff I dealt with, my comments are directed toward management. I truly hope these points help redirect priorities toward delivering real value, proper follow-up, and honoring promises.
