A couple very tall trees fell against the back of my house and caused damage to a stucco wall, the corner of the metal roof, the eave and downspout, the fascia board, and broke a window. Climax Roofing with Tim Vespie were able to complete all the different repairs, which included stucco repairs and repainting the lower side of the house. He also perfectly matched a piece of vinyl siding that needed replacing. I am pleased with his work and would recommend Climax Roofing and Renovations.

Climax Roofing and Renovations - I had my roof redone by them and liked them so much that I had them do extensive repair/renovation work on my deck. Tim Vespie immediately responded to my estimate request, brought material examples, and walked me through options; workers showed up when scheduled and were careful -and cleaned up the area; the work was quality; the work team is friendly and focused- staying late as needed; unexpected issues (deck board rot that was not visible until other boards were removed) were brought to my attention immediately and options discussed. Questions were responded to quickly. Overall, I felt like I was taken care of as though I was family, not just a customer. I have recommended their work to others- who have now recommended them again to others. I’m planning more work with Climax in the future.

I am pleased to be able to give a 5 star review for this company. The first job the owner and crew completed was adding a screen room onto our house which was built in 1905. The room was to “fit” with the style of the house and provide an upgrade in use in the home. The crew removed double windows in the dining room, replacing with beautiful French doors. They also removed a single window in the living room which was replaced by a single door. This allowed total flow through the home, from dining area to screen room and then into the living room. The quality of the work was assured from the beginning when the county building inspector gave rave reviews to the homeowner about the quality of the work. It passed with flying colors. As the work progressed, the crew recommended some options that the homeowner had not considered. This added such beauty and style that those who have enjoyed the room can’t stop talking about the details. The homeowner was so pleased with the work that this crew was later contracted to upgrade the shutters of the home. They had custom shutters made and installed which added tremendous definition to the farm style home. Many neighbors have noted the improvement. We have already recommended this team to others in the community because of the ease of working with them and the quality and attention to detail in everything they do. I have attempted to add photos of the work done, but the Google platform will not access my Apple photos. Thank you, Tim, and crew, for the fine work and care for our home.

Climax replaced the roof and gutters on our home. A significant amount of the fascia was rotted. This was replaced and all fascia wrapped to prevent rotting in the future. Climax also suggested larger gutters because we were seeing overflow even when gutters were clean. The team worked 3 1/2 days. They were professional and did a great cleanup job. We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend!

I hired Climax to replace my roof shingles. They showed up on time on the day scheduled and went straight to work. I had a leak down the middle of my chimney when it rained and they found the problem and installed a cricket against the chimney to stop water from pooling up against it. Hasn't leaked a drop since. Could not be happier. Price was WAY cheaper than other estimate we got for the exact same shingles. Highly recommend.

Tim and his crew installed a new roof on our home in the Spring of 2023. They did a wonderful job! We love the way our new roof looks. Highly recommend this company!
