The guys from CM came at the scheduled time. Cleaned my unit and added Freon. My unit has been working great.

Technician came in the next day to assess the problem. Without hesitation and no it maybe this or that let us know what needed to be done. Part was ordered but we had to wait 4 days to receive part. I would have liked a call to let me know that the part hadn't arrived. Not every day but every other day would let me know that you hadn't forgotten us.

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Climate Mechanical. Cameron, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I reached out to him to address an issue with the unit he personally installed. When I tried to explain the problem, Cameron began gaslighting me, claiming that I had contacted another company for service, which supposedly voided the warranty. This was completely untrue—our only contact with another service provider was with the electric company, prior to reaching out to Cameron to asses their equipment. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, Cameron was dismissive and condescending, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for a customer. His response was rude beyond belief, and it's clear that he lacks basic customer service skills, not to mention common courtesy. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company. The lack of accountability and poor attitude is unacceptable. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Climate Mechanical as they did not appear to want my business. As my home energy audit appointment grew closer there was no communication from the company. I had to reach out to them to confirm my appointment which they sent me two different dates. Furthermore, a day before they were scheduled to be here someone reaches out to me and suggests that I book someone closer due to my "distance." There is no transparency with fees because they can't decide if an entire home energy audit is $500 or $800 becuase I am "incredibly far" even though being told it's my home's square footage that will be raising the price of my audit. When I asked what the price of a blower door test is for a home in Richmond, which is an average of 1877sqft vs what I would be charged at my home (which they can find the sqft on GIS because they never asked me the size) the reply was "sorry we're not able to meet your means." Cameron B tried to use manipulative language in his texts to get me to cancel my appointment by saying I'm "incredibly far" and by saying choosing their company is NOT the "reasonable" choice or that is "fair" for them to charge a customer "that much" for a service. When asked for more details about his fee schedule they could not be provided. This is not what you want from a contractor or any business but maybe if you're closer you will have a different experience becuase they will actually want your business.

I highly recommend Climate Mechanical as a result of their professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. After contacting a number of companies to do some work on our property we selected Climate Mechanical. Cameron was very professional and honest as related to the issue, repair and cost. As a result of the quality of work we have chosen to work exclusively with Climate Mechanical. If you want quality work at a fair and efficient price you’d consider this company as well! Trust me!

We had a good experience. CM came out and did a energy audit with us and were very patient working through different options for our house as we had questions. Once we settled on products they scheduled within about 1 week. The install didn't go smooth, we had an electrical issue and ended up without heat, but that was not from any of their work. The team made time to come back within 2 business days in the late evening to finish the install. They communicated with us on the middle day to see if we had the electrical serviced for them to finish, so I believe they would have found time if we had been able to get an electrician faster. The estimate matched the final bill, even with the return trip. We found the price to be reasonable for the size of the units and our house. I wish their invoice system was a bit more customer friendly to allow me to look things up and gain confidence in the purchase decisions, but overall this doesn't detract from our experience. We could have avoided 1-2 minor misunderstandings related to my lack of HVAC knowledge if it were easier to use the estimate/invoice to verify the parts we were receiving. I lost track of some details as we bounced estimates back and forth and I didn't realize the pad was going to be plastic. If I had, I would have discussed waiting while we had a fresh slab poured by another contractor prior to the HVAC install. We will return to Climate Mechanical if we have future needs and would recommend them to others. 2025 Update: We had a warranty issue with our outdoor unit, but CM showed great transparency. They even gave me direct contact to the distributor to try and speed things up, which worked. We got authorized a more expensive part instead of waiting for the backordered cheaper part! I still highly recommend CM, they've been extremely easy to reach and have resolved everything as soon as possible.

They did a great job and after they were done I was working in the yard doing something and I was having trouble and they came over and helped me figure it out. They took their time out of their way to be kind. Thank you for your help and God bless and I recommend them if you ever need help

Very professional and prompt service. Explained what he was doing during the entire process and answered my questions. Mr Cameron and his assistant were exceptional!!! I would highly recommend .
