Climascope (under their old name, BayAir) have been servicing our aircon system for a number of years and have provided outstanding professional service and advice. They recently quoted and installed a whole new aircon system in our place at Sanctuary Cove. Their advice was first class and their quote, whilst not the cheapest, was competitive. Given their history servicing our old system, we were very happy to use them to install the new system knowing their advice and follow-up service would be great. They come when they say they will come and their advice has always proven to be sensible and reliable. Very happy to recommend them.

Worked with Climascope to build a bespoke skid freezer for our hospitality venue. Katherine and the team were extremely helpful with the design and installation. Freezer is going great and never had a problem. Service and quality definitely worth 5 stars!!

If there were ever any issues, Katherine was always prompt to attend to them, and send a technician out as soon as possible.
