Clearwater Plumbing & Drains, Inc. gets five stars and a standing ovation. I messaged them via the Thumbtack app at 1:00 AM (I've got a newborn.. IYKYK) and by 8:00 AM a technician was at our door - faster than my coffee kick-in. The tech was friendly, patient, and actually listened to me explain the problem without pretending he didn't already know how to fix it. (Solid dude.) He diagnosed our leaky shower, gave us a few different solutions, did a water quality test on the spot (turns out our water had a heck ton of chlorine and ammonia — love that for my skincare routine), and walked us through options for filters and a whole-home system. We’d already been “researching” filtration for about a year, which is a polite way of saying we kept meaning to. Clearwater made the decision easy. We agreed to a Halo whole-home system. They fixed the original leak, flushed our tankless heater, and installed the filtration system — all in under three hours. Water was off for a very short period of time, and our lives were not inconvenienced (my household’s tolerance for inconvenience is pretty low). The crew was professional, efficient, and somehow pleasant while doing manual labor — suspicious, but appreciated. From the Thumbtack rep to the initial tech to the installation team, every interaction was five stars. It’s been less than 24 hours since I reached out and now we have the freshest water in the neighborhood. Not a paid review — although I would accept future discounts or unsolicited plumbing expertise. Highly recommend Clearwater for anything that involves water behaving badly.

Couldn’t be happier with the services we received. Our 15 year old water heater went out on us. The team at Clearwater Plumbing was top notch. I called in the am and they were here a couple hours later. Joe was super knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and gave us a few different options. We replaced our current water heater with a tankless and they got the install done in a day. Ismael and Spencer were very professional! Ismael stayed until the evening hrs to get the job done - he was very thorough and knowledgable. We were so appreciative!! They are now our go to plumber when/if we need them again. Don't hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs!

I had urgent leak issue this morning, and my neighbor who is plumber himself referred me to Clearwater plumbing. That was Life saving call~!!!! They responded quick, and technician ARMANDO showed up at exact time and walked me through entire process kindly and professionally. Also, Their system in team work is great, after Armando guided me and other technicians WILL & COLTON showed up with all right gear to repair and replacement and also, went through all process with me again, assured that i am on good hands and even after all job done, WILL advise me and answer all my questions. That was really helpful and nice of them to release my stress ~! Thank you guys for your hard work^^ Thanks to Will & Colton & Armando, Definitely will share my best experience with all my family and friends ! And also, Flood Force company they referred me to, did awesome work and great staff, Angel, he is great too!! I want to add how great job JOE WOOD did on installation of Moen n Flo water detector and he mounted tank that was hanging and tilted in not so much in safety. All job was done perfectly and he helped me to set up account on app for monitor. Im in relief now^^

One of mg shower did not have pressure from the fresh water line, but has a good pressure from the hot water side. Everything in the house has good pressure except this one shower. I called in the warranty company for repair, they changed the valve still the same problem, they just gave up and blamed the city water company for clogging that water line. With the issue unresolved, I called Clearwater plumbing and they booked me the earliest appointment they can put me in. Joseph checked the problem and was able to fix it in less than 30mins. Fast and professional. Highly recommend this company! They truly deserves the 5 star ratings.

Eddie came out the same day and quickly found the leak that Vista Irrigation had said I was responsible for was in fact their theirs. There was no charge for the visit. He was honest, informative and and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the beginning of the project to the end, they were very communicative and worked with me in all aspects, from scheduling to payment. I had my whole home repiped by Clearwater Plumbing. After receiving an exorbitant water bill it was clear I had a leak, but everything was dry inside and outside the house. So I called Clearwater Plumbing. Eddie R. came to inspect the piping in the house and with his more than 20 years experience he found it even without using the leak detection equipment. He then gave me several options to fixing it, explaining all the options very clearly. I opted to have my whole house repiped. Eddie was professional, very helpful, and personable, you feel right away that you can trust him. He understood my situation (I am a military widow) and guided me with utmost care throughout the whole process. The team he sent: Will, Spencer, Colton, Miles, and Kaleb - all were very knowledgable, professional, warm, polite, and highly accommodating.
