This place is not safe to store your property. My RV was stolen and they don't want to show the cameras.

I do not recommend this place. My RV was stolen. I made a contract with them and now that it was stolen, they won't show their face and there is no support from them for us. They just say that they can't do anything. I asked to see the security cameras and they don't want to show them. The place is fenced and they have a password to enter, but that door is always open.

Another lot sold and closed so I call these guys and they made room for my boat, helped me clean it up, and have excellent communication! I took my boat out on a trip but when I brought it back I left the light on, so they called me the next morning to let me know! Most people would have never noticed!

This is a great company to work with. Excellent customer service. They have made a lot of improvements over the last year and are in the process of adding more. If you need outdoor storage around Snohomish, definitely give them a call.

It's not reliable, 1 RV was stolen from this place, their security cameras don't work or that's what they said when we asked for help finding the thief.
