Chris and his team did exceptional work helping us repair damage to the pool and decking. The Clear Edge Contracting team replaced damaged tile, repaired cracks in the concrete patio and repainted to give our pool and decking a much needed refresh. The overall reno exceeded expectations with great communication, a crew that did excellent work and Clear Edge Contracting was able to stay within the project timeline and our budget.

After being ghosted by another company that completely dropped the ball on reinstalling a pool light they installed poorly, I was frustrated and running out of options. They came out to assess the job quickly, explained what had gone wrong with the original installation and gave me a fair transparent estimate. We used Clear Edge Contracting to raise our patio ceiling and install a wood tongue and groove finish. We could not be happier with the finished project! Chris was so good to keep in contact with us and was easily accessible by text and phone when we had any questions or concerns. I had Chris and the guys with Clear Edge paint the interior of our whole house. They fixed cracks in walls and ceilings and repaired caulking issues going on. They were all very professional. They showed up on time every day and worked a full day. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Clear Edge for any remodeling job you may need.

Chris is a great contractor. He & his workers are reliable, work hard at their craft, and do excellent work. They installed a 16,000 gallon UV pool in our backyard exactly as we designed it. We were so happy with their work, we also had them install a covered porch. It is nice to have a local company that is so easy to work with on two separate outdoor projects.

Can’t say enough good things about the Clear Edge crew and the work they’ve done on our property in the last few weeks. They initially came out to repair poor pool coving done by another pool contractor and did a beautiful job. We ended up asking them to complete several items left on our needed repairs list: drywall repair in the kitchen from a previous attic leak, re-align a t-post fence, regrade a badly pot-holed rock driveway and add new stone, replace some damaged roof shingles, and haul off leftover dirt from a storm shelter installation a few years ago. The crew covered it all and did a great job on absolutely everything, and they cleaned up beautifully after themselves every day. The interior drywall repair is just stunning; John and Justin did an incredible drywall repair - the new texturing is absolutely seamless from the original wall and ceiling texture. Friendly, hard-working, and reasonably priced on everything. Thanks to Chris, Daryl, and the whole crew for their great work and saving us some sanity!

Hired them for a complete remodel of our home. Worst experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. A project that we were told 6 to 8 weeks turned out to be 5 1/2 months. Lots of no show from workers, us constantly having to make contact with Chris as we were not kept informed. Several mistakes made but were corrected but prolonged the project. New flooring was put down before painting was completed which should have been the last thing done on the project. All our appliances were filthy due to cheap wrapping put around it. We were told they would clean the house when finished which they did but half ass. We had to go in and clean each room from top to bottom, scrape paint and polyurethane off the floors before we could even start to move back in. I could go on and on about things that cost us extra time and money that happened during this entire project. We don’t feel Chris and his so called crew (3 guys) have the experience yet to run a complete makeover of a house. We will say this John was a perfectionist when it came to painting and Ben was great at his carpentry work. What started out good at first ended up a nightmare with us having to give a deadline to be finished because we had already found another contractor that would come finish the job and put in a full 8 hours a day work. Would not recommend for remodeling.

We contracting with Clear Edge to perform a remodel on our home. The remodel consisted of the living room, kitchen, dining room, office and hallways. They were to replace any sheetrock that needed replacing, texture and paint. Additionally I purchased waterproof laminate flooring and Clear Edge laid it in all areas. The kitchen was a total gut job and installed new cabinets, backsplash etc. When we met with Chris Scott, we discussed the project in great details. Once he has a proposal completed, we met and discussed the cost and schedule. We signed the contract and waited for the work to begin. Clear Edge started exactly when they said they would. The foreman, Andrew was very polite and very attentive to making sure the work was exactly what they proposed. The crew was excellent, they kept the work area secure and clean and completed the project within the initial schedule, even though we did find some termite damage that was not expected. There were some added cost, due to the termite damage and some other minor issues, but nothing was the fault of Clear Edge. Chris was excellent in keeping my wife and I informed and keeping us involved in the entire process. Chris Scott and his team are first class and I would recommend them for any project that they took on. This is saying a lot, since I worked in the construction industry for almost 50 years with 25+ of those years in the construction inspection area.
