CleanPup Mobile Dog Grooming

I am very happy with Clean Pup and Kassie's grooming of my little rescue poodle.. I have asked her for specific grooming details in each of our 3 appts so far and she has done exactly what I asked each time. Very satisfied with results.

We’ve been using CleanPup for a year now and absolutely love them. It’s worth every cent for the convenience, great customer service, easy scheduling, and the genuine care they show. Our German/Aussie Shepherd, Penny, has been groomed by Tim from the start. She’s a rescue who used to be very timid with strangers, so I was nervous at first—but Tim’s patience and calm, friendly approach won her over. Now she hops right into the van without hesitation. She always comes out looking and smelling wonderful, shiny from ear to tail. I also really appreciate that they automatically set up an appointment every 2–3 months and text me the time; if it doesn’t work, they’re quick to adjust. I’m so glad I spotted them at a neighbor’s house, snapped a photo, and gave them a call. I do miss the cute bandanas they used to give after baths, but honestly, the “fresh dog glow” is just as good. Highly recommend— I even passed their number along to a new neighbor today!

Our first time with CleanPup and I couldn’t be happier! I am super happy with how our sweet Otis turned out! He’s a 1-year-old long-haired mini dachshund and still learning the grooming routine, but Diana was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She let me know she was ahead of schedule and coordinated an earlier time, which was so helpful. She was pleasant, professional, and made this dog mom feel completely at ease. Definitely the best groomer we have had! I can’t wait to book with her again! 5 Stars!

We couldn’t be happier! Betty always does an amazing job with our doodles. We have struggled to find an available groomer in Sun Valley. We bring our doodles to Boise. Clean Pup comes to our hotel to fetch our pups and they bring them back smelling clean and looking beautiful. Betty is very good about listening to our grooming desires and confirms what can and can’t be done. We’ve never had any surprises. They are always prompt, professional and courteous.

Our groomer was Tim. My 100lb English Cream Golden Retriever is very nervous with baths and the dryer so I really appreciated how Tim took extra time to keep my dog comfortable and feeling safe the entire grooming experience. He did an amazing job with the groom and my dog smelled great! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this team 👏👏👏

I used clean pup for the first time this week. I got an appointment on Christmas eve which was unexpected but I'm so grateful for! Finding a groomer that my Lil lady can get through with little nervousness is my top priority and Rachel nailed it! My pup was overdue and I couldn't be happier with the end result. When she was done Rachel brought her to the door and our pup was relaxed and looking wonderful! I would absolutelyuse them again and let Rachel work her magic on our Lil lady! Thank you Rachel!!!

We have had our dogs groomed with CleanPup for about a year now. The convenience of having the dogs groomed is awesome for us but also great for the dogs as they don’t get stuck sitting in a kennel with other stressed out dogs when going to the big box groomer. Plus our dogs always look so cute and happy when done.

We love Clean Pup. We started using their services when our oldest Cavalier simply would NOT go to a groomer’s shop anymore. Nonetheless, he needed regular grooming. Clean Pup knew how to assure Charlie that it was going to be okay, and it was. If you want to spare your dog the stress and anxiety of being groomed in a shop, Clean Pup is worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience! Our dog suffers from anxiety, therefore finding someone to groom him is very hard, but Amy was so wonderful. She is very professional and kind. They had an appointment available within a day, so that was also a plus! Thank you for your friendly service.
