We needed to replace a 30+ year old water softener and iron filtration system and Clean Water did a great job! The new system was installed quickly and uses much less salt and water to run. Very please with their service and price. Highly recommended! Adam was very courteous and friendly. A great overall experience.

We contacted 3 companies for quotes and we received the best value option with Tyler. They were also very responsive and able to quickly handle our concerns and install a great system for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a water treatment plan and have confidence in the system and their work.

Tried getting a quote from both Clean Water Sepcialists and "Rockingham Hardware" who ended up being super rude on the phone and after a week of waiting for feedback from the follow up email with photos that he asked for I ended up calling Clean Water Specialists. Got an appointment for 2 days later directly on first call and follow up email to confirm where to send any additional information. I sent the same photos and right away got a response that everything looked good and a confirmation of the appointment. Guy that came (Adam) was very efficient and responding to my questions by email very fast every time. Ended up learning by the receptionist that he was in vacation, even though he was still responding to me! Adam did a torough evaluation, offering me multiple options and was clearly trying to help us save money, offering us things we can do to prepare in advance if we wanted to save on installation fees. When we were ready, I called again and got an appointment for the next day where Adam came again and made a very professional installation out of the very unprofessional setup that I had prepared for him. We now finally have clean and drinkable water. Thanks Adam! Will see you next year for maintenance. Definitely recommend.

We had Clean Water Specialists in to install some water treatment equipment. We have hard water and iron. After the install the water is perfectly clean! It was so worth it. The whole process was done quickly and the installers were great guys. They set up the equipment to look nice and everything. I highly recommend getting Clean Water in to help with your situation. Super easy process.

Cannot say enough how fantastic Tyler, Shawna and crew were. From the first time we contacted them, they were prompt in response, practical, honest, and helpful. The new system worked like a charm with no issues. Shawna is the best customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of pestering with questions any time something comes up or I think of a question we forgot to ask (like our well running out of water & wondering what the system needed, etc). Her responses are always fast, never canned, and genuinely helpful and personable. We are SO glad we went with them, it has taken away so much water-system-related stress and they are genuinely lovely people to deal with.
