Clean & Tidy Carpet Care

We try to take good care of our carpet. It is vacuumed 1-2 x wk. We wear mainly socks on the carpet. Procrastination does set in when it comes to carpet cleaning. Vomit on the floor will certainly prompt you to get things done. We contacted Clean and Tidy. They quoted me a price that did not change except for the carpet protection that I wanted . Kenneth came on time and we walked through the house and looked at the spots that needed extra care. When he finished it looked almost new again.

Kenneth was prompt, friendly, and he did an excellent job removing stains from the carpet in two of the bedrooms in the home we recently purchased. The price was reasonable also. The carpet looks almost brand new and elevated the look of the rooms even more. We will definitely use Clean and Tidy Carpet Care for our future carpet and floor care needs.

I am familiar with Clean and Tidy having lived in Conyers more than 30 years. They are respectable, thorough, professional, honest, prompt, and personable. When we first moved to our house I called for information relating to dealing with mold, rugs, and their treatment. Danny Lockwood the owner called me and spent quite a few minutes on the phone explaining any questions I had and helping me in dealing with my problem. He saved me money by advising me wisely, he was patient, and told me that if I ever needed his help to call back. There is a reason they have an excellent reputation; they’ve earned it.

Had them come to my home last year as they were local with many years in service. Was advised that the techs would move furniture and could also do repairs. No furniture was ever moved and tech advised I can not do repairs. Wasn't real happy but areas that were cleaned were OK. SInce they were local and the only ones that advertised area rug cleaning, I thought that I would give them another try with some oriental rugs that were in need of cleaning. Dropped them off and was advised 7-10 days. I returned two weeks to the day to find that my rugs hadn't even been cleaned yet, at that point was told 7-10 working days ??? Received a call that afternoon and was advised that my rugs were being cleaned that day and would be ready two days later. Returned three weeks to the day and was advised that because my rugs were not ready when promised that they would comp the cleaning, I was ecstatic, gave them dimensions of 3 more rugs for quoting, got home unpackaged my 3 rugs only to determine that they were not touched, just rolled up placed in bags and returned to me untouched. I will NEVER use A Clean and Tidy on West Ave in Conyers, nor will I refer anyone else that I know.
